2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Depending on the type of reptile, for lizards with claws I like to use tile to help trim the nails. With snakes reptile carpet works fine.

- Okay, the gory details are too numerous to detail here. Basically, you need: notched trowel for your tile size, grout float, wet saw/tile cutter, tile cleaning sponge, blue painter's tape, Mastic/thiinset, and grout. The grout should be unsanded for gaps between tiles less than 1/8. For gaps 1/8 or greater, use sanded grout. Thinset works well but is a pain in the b*tt to mix and has a short working time. I recommend you use Mastic or a similar product. You will have to remove all outlet and light switch wall plates as well as loosening the screws on all outlets and switches so you can install the tile underneath them. Otherwise, your switches and outlets will be recessed behind the wall plates and will look terrible. Of course, remove power at your fuse panel/breaker panel to each switch and outlet you work on before you do any of this. You will need to rough up your wall so that it has a good tooth for the Mastic to adhere to. I recommend either 60 grit sandpaper or a wire wheel in a drill. Rough it up in a horizontal direction. This will reduce the chance of tile droop (sliding down) after installation. Mark the boundaries of your backsplash with blue painter's tape to prevent Excess Mastic/grout from getting onto the painted part of your wall. Do a dry layout first, of your backsplash to check its look before you put it up. Now's the time to make any last-minute changes. Work from the bottom up. Use spacers between tiles. Cut tiles to fit around outlets, switches, and any other wall obstructions. Clean up any excess Mastic from between tiles, otherwise there won't be room for the grout. Let dry 24 hours before grouting. Use the float for grouting. Push the grout into the spaces between tiles. Don't worry about getting grout on the tiles. This will be cleaned up. Wait about fifteen minutes, then with a damp, clean sponge, wipe away the excess grout. That's about it. Check with other tile professionals and get their tips and advice as well.

Can you please answer my questions:1) Do you prep the walls with anything? We bought this tub of stuff called Thinset... Is this the actual adhesive or is there something else used to put on afterward?2) We are doing our longest wall with counter and sink/window then corner and over to counter and stove then counter. Where would the starting point be? Corner or one wall?3) The wall cabinet on the open end is about 1/2 inch in then the base cabinet right below. If we start the tile from the bottom, when you get to the top, the tile will hang out from the wall cabinet by the 1/2 in. Do we use a straight line from the wall cabinet or base cabinet and it be off either way? 4) The tile is not coated or shiny. Once they are applied to the wall and then grouted and wiped clean, do you apply any coating?
- you need spacers...( couple $'s a bag, only 1 bag needed..)You need to grout the tile after applying to the wall, wait 24 hrs or as the mortor says....I would recommend a grout sealer- they can be brush on or spray on..the grout will collect dust, grease and be a nightmare to clean ... in bathrooms you normally put backerboard before tile( it is made of concrete and keeps the water from penetrating to the drywall...imagine having to rip out the dryway and re do it....If they are simple sq tiles, no pattern involved, then you can start at the edge/ end...if you want the corners to be 2 perfect sqs meeting- that is where you should start- then you won't have a cut piece butting up to an uncut or two cuts meeting (this is what sounds right for your project) ...you can use the backsplash as a base---to support the tile as it dries. Use painters blue tape to help hold it to the wall until then....do one row all along the backsplash using the backsplash as support and a small piece of tape securing it to the wall until the mortor takes hold..remove the tape to start on the next row up and secure with tape as before... ntinue until done. Use spacers 1/4 to keep things straight...use a level to get 1st row straight, snap chalk line/ draw line... PLEASE- double check your thinset to be sure it is recommended for your size tile and for wall use...the premixed stuff has a tendency to shrink up as it dries (and it stays wet for a VERY long time esp in high humidity/ moist areas)...causing your tile to come free from the surface it is attatched to... I would get a small bag of the real, mix it yourself mortor- it is concrete and dries as such... I have used the premixed stuff and had terrible results. Have fun!

- I would shop around for price, because the more prettier the tile the more expensive it gets. Your options are variable. You can lay down linoleum too that offers a great look. Less mess and elegant quality looks. If you have your mind made up on tile you will have fun doing it. I've done several bathroom floors. Removing the old tile is a bummer and messy. You have to remove the toilet as well. Then clean it up and stick down your new tile and chip it good around the toliet drain. Then grouting it is fun. Put your toilet back and bolt it down. always replace the wax ring if you pull that toilet and use two of them. This way you will never , never have to pull that toilet again for leaks. Try Lowes and see what they carry on for tile. Shop around and if you have to leave the town and try other towns especially small towns where sales are down and prices are down. Small towns don;t do much business and will offer a great linf of tile cheaper than Lowes or any other outlet. Look up carpet chains and chekc with them also. They carry a good line of tile cheap.
