1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of PVC Pipes :
1)  Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
3) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.
4) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as 3.PVC Pipe Images:

Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for use in the marine industry?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for use in the marine industry. They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and can withstand harsh marine environments. Additionally, plastic tubes can be easily customized to meet specific requirements and are cost-effective compared to other materials.
Q: My girlfriend got me a roll of the new 2009 pennies. I'm curious to actually look at them, but I'm worried that if I break open the roll, that will decrease the value of them. If I opened the roll and put the pennies in a tube (assuming I don't get fingerprints on them), will they be worth less than if I just keep them in the original paper roll?
Unlikely...but talk to a numismatist in your area. They can answer any number of questions you might have (and if you want to get into the avocation, they can direct you to the right people (read honest dealers) and reliable periodicals. Coin collecting can be *extremely* profitable if you're willing to sell your stock - since the insurance premiums can be painful if you don't! After all, one penny thoughtlessly handed to you in your change can be worth $10,000+... (Truely happened with a $50,000 or more value penny to one guy in Eastern Canada/North-East States about 20 years ago!) Anyway, Good Luck!
Q: How do you transport plastic tubes?
Plastic tubes can be transported by packaging them securely in boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for veterinary products?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for veterinary products. They are commonly used for various applications such as storing and dispensing medications, collecting and transporting samples, and administering fluids to animals. Plastic tubes are convenient, versatile, and can be designed to meet the specific needs of veterinary products while ensuring safety and hygiene.
Q: how we can design a simple total head tube ??
A tube with an open ends and connected straight (at right angle) into the side of a pressure container like a pipe or a vessel is called a piezometer. Fluid will rise in the tube equivalent to the static pressure in the container. In a pipe the fluid will probably also be moving and so will have some dynamic energy. If the tube tip has been bent 90 deg. and inserted ( preferably to the center) so that active end is facing upstream, the impact of the moving fluid will convert to additional height of fluid in the tube so that the total head will be the sum of the static equivalent plus the velocity equivalent in feet or meters. That tube is sometimes called an impact tube. The best arrangement is to close the active end of the tube and drill a hole at 90 deg near the end. This allows for the straight tube to be more easily inserted through a small round opening with a sealing gland to stop leakage. This short part can be metal and a clear plastic or glass tube extension fitted to it. A Pitot tube is a combination of the two types of tube and is commonly utilized to measure velocity by subtracting the two heads. It is used in any fluid, water or air, open or contained. However, the Pitot like most other pressure devices usually employs a gage rather than open tubes. The open tubes will limit the amount of pressure to be measured because for each pound of measured pressure (psig), water will rise 2.31 feet.
Q: What are the advantages of using plastic tubes in the marine packaging industry?
There are several advantages of using plastic tubes in the marine packaging industry. Firstly, plastic tubes are lightweight, which makes them easy to handle and transport. They also offer excellent durability and resistance to water, moisture, and corrosion, ensuring the protection of marine products during storage and shipping. Additionally, plastic tubes are highly customizable, allowing for the creation of tubes in various sizes, shapes, and colors, which can enhance branding and product visibility. Finally, plastic tubes are cost-effective compared to other packaging materials, making them a preferred choice for many businesses in the marine industry.
Q: hi I don't really know a lot about plumbing but today my bathroom sink was clogged so I took the j looking pipe apart and when I did a plastic tube looking thing fell out from the first pipe and when I tried to put everything back together that thing wouldn't stay. help?
You did the right thing to clear the clog. Work from the far end and toward the sink. You probably have a j pipe with threads on one end, and a straight clean pipe on the other. The threads go to the big white nut coming out of the wall, and the straight piece goes up into the drain from the sink. There's a greyish white washer which is bevelled on one side -- that goes around the straight pipe, and the threaded nut goes on it first. So when you push the straight pipe into the drain, the threads on the drain pipe connect to the threads on the j pipe nut, with the washer between, bevel edge facing the sink. Still confused? You tube has a video (or maybe hundreds) showing how to do this.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to punctures?
No, plastic tubes are not inherently resistant to punctures.
Q: Something that can coil up.
Any good hardware store. They have flexible plastic tubing displays in all different diameters.
Q: How are plastic tubes sealed?
Plastic tubes are typically sealed through various methods such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or using adhesive or screw-on caps.
