1. Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of pvc pipes :
1)Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.

Q: How is 20 silver dollars inserted into plastic tube?
Home All Categories Computers Internet Internet YouTube ??
Q: How can the iron pipe be joined to the plastic hose?
If it is 2 inches below the pipe threaded joint can be connected, if large flange connection is used.
Q: How do you seal plastic tubes?
Plastic tubes can be sealed using various methods such as heat sealing, crimping, or using adhesive or tape. Heat sealing involves applying heat to melt the ends of the plastic tube together, creating a secure seal. Crimping involves using a crimping tool to compress the tube's end and create a tight closure. Adhesive or tape can also be used to seal the ends of plastic tubes, providing a temporary or semi-permanent seal depending on the strength of the adhesive or tape used.
Q: I need to clean my gravel and have read a bunch of reveiws on the gravel cleaning syphons and I don't want to waste my money on a cleaner that doesnt work. I might not be using the correct term for the product, it is one of those tubes that you shake to create a syphon. Thanks for all your help
Tubes that you shake? Now I'm confused. Anyway, most gravel cleaners have very similar designs. They have a rigid plastic tube that you stick into the gravel, and a smaller-diameter hose attached to the small end of the gravel tube. To create a siphon, you put the whole thing in your tank so it fills with water, then hold your thumb over the free end of the hose while you put that end in a bucket that is lower than the tank. The siphon will start by itself, and continue as long as the gravel tube is in water and is higher than the other end of the hose. You don't need to shake any part of it at any time. Nor do you need to suck on it with your mouth, as some people do. Most gravel-cleaning siphons are, as I said, very similar to each other, and as such they are also similar in quality. So go for the one with the lowest cost, unless it looks really shoddy. I have a couple of those siphons, but I rarely use them any more. Instead, I use a Python water changer. This is a water-driven hose system that attaches to your sink faucet, and it can both suck old water out of the tank (cleaning the gravel at the same time, or not, as you choose) and pump new water to the tank. If you have only one or two tanks, it may not be worth the expense, but if you have over 50 tanks, as I have, it's essential. Other companies now have copies of the Python on the market, some of them for slightly lower prices, but I don't know much about the quality of those imitation Pythons. Python was the originator of the product, and still sets the industry standard, in my view.
Q: underwater does air move faster thru metal or plastic tubing?
Assuming the tubing has the same ID, metal or plastic Underwater makes no difference UNLESS you are deep enough that the plastic tubing is compressed by the water pressure.
Q: How are plastic tubes manufactured?
Plastic tubes are typically manufactured through a process called extrusion, where raw plastic material is melted and forced through a die to form a continuous tube shape. This tube is then cooled and cut into desired lengths. Various additives may be incorporated during the extrusion process to enhance the properties of the plastic tube, such as colorants or UV stabilizers.
Q: Its a longish (2-4 ft) hallow tube that is plastic. Its sturdy, but breakable. A sort of light light brown/yellow colored.
Hope this Helps
Q: Hi, I am looking for a strong tube about the size of a pen that is Non-Conductive and does not melt. I currently use a plastic tube for my project and it will melt and fall apart after 2-3 uses. Please let me know if you have any ideas as to a material of tube and if you can find me a link to buy the tube that would be awesome! Thank you!
the only material i can think of that fits the bill would be a ceramic tube.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to weathering?
No, plastic tubes are not generally resistant to weathering.
Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for agricultural irrigation?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for agricultural irrigation. They are commonly used due to their durability, affordability, and resistance to corrosion and weathering. Plastic tubes are flexible, making them easy to install and maneuver around crops, and they can efficiently deliver water to plants in a controlled manner, conserving water resources. Additionally, plastic tubes are available in various sizes and can be customized to meet specific irrigation needs, making them a practical choice for agricultural applications.
