5.FAQ
1.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days, the best leadtime we can give is 60days.
2.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?
A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.
3.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 79" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup, etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications. Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDMLS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important materials likestainless steel parts we make in Austria. We also recut after heat treatment, which most of makers do not take this process.
- Q: i want to be a dead/ zombie gangster and i want to have tin/ aluminum foil gloves as an extra cool umthingthe only problem is i don't know how to make it without ripping the foili will be needing it by this Saturday before 4PMi will be wearing a torn up hooded sweatshirt(the color is undecided) and gray face paintany help.P.Sif you have a better costume idea that is virtually costless than that works too.thnx
- Whole grain breads and cereals, veggies, fruits.
- Q: 110 grams of boiling water (temperature 100° C, heat capacity 4.2 J/gram/K) are poured into an aluminum pan whose mass is 900 grams and initial temperature 22° C (the heat capacity of aluminum is 0.9 J/gram/K).Tf 50.330What simplifying assumptions did you have to make? The thermal energy of the aluminum doesn't change. The thermal energy of the water doesn't change.Energy transfer between the system (water plus pan) and the surroundings was negligible during this time. The heat capacities for both water and aluminum hardly change with temperature in this temperature range.
- The thermal energy of the aluminum DOES changeIt goes from 22 C to 50.33 CThis in an increase of about 23 kJLikewise the thermal energy of the water DOES changeIt goes from 100 C down to 50.33 CThis is a loss of about 23 kJ You have to assume that heat capacities are temperature independent (they do not change over the range of temperatures in this questions)A very reasonable assumptionYou have to assume that no heat is lost from the water or the pan and no heat is lost in pouring the water into the panYou are assuming that none of the water is leaving the system as steam (not a very good assumption, but if you work fast you can minimize the heat lost to steam) You are assuming the water and pan are in thermal equilibrium - the heat is spread evenly through the water and through the pan so that everything has the same temperature Finally, you have to assume that your instructor has some way to measure these temperaturesMeasuring the temperature of something is very difficult without adding or subtracting energy from the systemThis is not really an assumption that you have to make to work the problemHowever, it would be extremely difficult to experimentally verify this problem Hope this helps.
- Q: Does any one have a yummy recipe for Thanksgiving dressing?
- I would suggest you just learn to crochetIt is pretty easy and actually more fun than knitting :).
- Q: The foil and foil is the same?
- Aluminum foil and foil have foil or aluminum foil used for wrapping food barbecue, to prevent burnt meat. Aluminum foil and foil is very easy to distinguish, silver foil appears bright than many, but the ductility of tin is very poor, a pull off. Supermarket sales of pure tin foil, which is usually a stacked, with each tissue, itself is difficult to cut, the price is also more expensive, fewer buyers. The aluminum foil material stiffness, good cutting, using reel packaging, the price is cheaper, it has gradually become the mainstream of the market
- Q: I opened a new roll of tinfoil and there were sticky things on the first opening sheet I ve never seen this before and was wondering if it was normal?
- I have opened aluminum foil and found that the free end is taped / stuck to the roll.
- Q: Aluminum engines blocks are a soft metal blockThat piston rings wear out of roundWhich causes engine blow by during the compression stoke. With polymer having a strong tinsel strenth?
- NO! They are alloys of AL, so that the block doesn't melt of give way to forces or heat inside the engineAL is a good conductor of heat which makes it ideal for use in an engine block, not to mention it is drastically lighter than ironThat is why cast iron is going out of vogue for making internal combustion engines.
- Q: i am trying to weld aluminium using a 160amp mig welder . it is not working well for me. what am i doing incorrectly. do i have the wrong welder for this job?
- You need to determine how many amps the welder draws from the supply, not how many it supplies to the work. There should be a nameplate with an amperage rating. Multiply that rating by 240 get volt-amperes. I'd expect the welder to draw no more than 20 amps and more likely ten or so. That would indicate a maximum of 4,800 volt-amperes and I think the generator would have no trouble with it. If you want to be certain, look for a maximum-current rating for the generator. At 4,800 volt-amperes you're clearly within the kilowattage capacity of the generator, but you might possibly exceed its maximum current rating. If your maximum amperage for the welder is comfortably within the circuit-breaker rating on the generator you ought to be safe. If the draw is only ten amps then none of this is an issue. In case the volt-amperes part is confusing -- in DC circuits voltage times current equals wattage. However in AC circuits voltage times current gives the maximum that the wattage could possibly be, and for many loads (like electric motors) it will be much less. The ratio between watts and volt-amperes is called power factor. Pmail me if you want more explanation.
- Q: A cardboard box with an electric bell suspended in it by elastic bands is used to test the soundproofing qualities of some materials.A) Why the bell is suspended with elastic bandsB) Why is it important to have same thickness of each material.C) Suggest a way of measuring sound coming from the box.D) The materials used in the experiments are newspaper, egg box card, crumpled aluminium foil and a plastic form sheeti) the best soundproofingii) the least effecting soundproofing
- No, we go out for a rain prayerWe dance around a bucket of water representing rainAt least it will be fun.
- Q: at a 30-60 degree F starting temperature, how many tons of pressure does it take to cold forge aluminum without melting it?
- That would be a function of the thicknessCold forging is merely cold workingIf you had an aluminum sheet of material, it wouldn't require much to force it into the shape of a moldIf you are extruding the billet material into a die, that would require quite a bit more force, because in that case you would be causing the internal structure of the molecules to be severely rearranged.
- Q: What are the potential health risks associated with consuming food wrapped in aluminum foil?
-
Eating food stored in aluminum foil generally poses no significant health risks for most people. Aluminum foil is non-reactive and doesn't leach into food under normal cooking conditions. However, there are some concerns about aluminum exposure in certain populations. For instance, people with kidney disease may be more susceptible to aluminum toxicity. Additionally, very high temperatures or acidic foods might cause a minimal amount of aluminum to leach into the food, but this is not considered a significant health concern for the general population. It's always best to follow proper food handling and storage practices to ensure food safety.
