Q: Who was driving in the kitchen?
Not the size of the hose darlin!, its the way it is used to put out the fire.
Q: What are the similarities between the structure and the chemical composition of polymer resins?
Epoxy resin is a kind of high polymer resin. According to the different structure of the polymer, the polymer resin can be divided into epoxy resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, ion exchange resin, amino resin, silicone resin, polyamide resin, urea formaldehyde resin, polyurethane resin, furan resin and other synthetic resin etc..
Q: I'm planning to use a pole saw for tree trimming. The safety instructions, which came with the saw, say to use heavy-duty rubber gloves for protection against vibrations and outdoor hazards. What specific outdoor hazards is the rubber intended to protect against? How thick does the rubber need to be?
Sanding it will make it opaque. But you would be using sandpaper of finer and finer grit, and then use a polishing paste for resins and that would make it clear again. It's a lot of work though. I haven't tried how well some clear coat works on top of resin, but it could make the process easier. The problems with not seeing your object clear may also be related to the exact shape of your sides. If they are not flat but warped you wouldn't see it really clear either. If you look through glass which is really uneven (either old windowglass or glass from a jar) you are not going to be able to see through it very clearly either because light gets refracted a bit different if the glass has different thickness/curvature.
Q: Can water make a thinner of transparent resin that day?
If you turn over the mold resin is used for other words, usually can be added in a small amount if more properties of the cured resins will reduce. The components of water are xylene + acetic ether + butanol +MEK standard, butanol can not and polyurethane and its curing agent isocyanate contact, will lead to chemical reaction failure.
Q: What's the reason for the aging of epoxy resin?
1, oxidation, sudden leakage of air, oxygen, ozone and other chemical oxidation of oxidation, resulting in the bond breaking2. Light and heat affect the rupture of epoxy resin under light irradiation or heat3, the role of chemical substances, other chemical substances, the occurrence of key breaking4, the influence of other factors
Q: What are the uses of epoxy resins?
1. Kinds of curing agent:The common epoxy resin curing agents are aliphatic amines, alicyclic amines, aromatic amines, polyamides, anhydrides, resins, tertiary amines, and in addition, UV or light can solidify the epoxy resin under the action of photoinitiator. Curing agent at normal or low temperature is usually amine curing agent, and curing and curing are commonly used.2, the dosage of curing agent(1) when amines are used as crosslinking agents, they are calculated by pressing:Amine dosage =MG/HnIn style:M= amine molecular weightHn= contains the number of active hydrogenG= epoxy value (epoxy equivalent per 100 grams of epoxy resin)The range of change is no more than 10-20%. If the amine is cured, it will make the resin brittle. If the dosage is too little, the curing is not perfect.(2) calculate by the type of anhydride class:The amount of anhydride is =MG (0.6~1) /100:M= anhydride molecular weightG= epoxy value (0.6~1) was used as the experimental coefficient3, choose the principle of curing agent: curing agent on the performance of epoxy resin greater impact, generally in accordance with the following selection.(1) choose from the performance requirements: some require high temperature resistance, some require good flexibility, and some require good corrosion resistance. According to different requirements, the appropriate curing agent should be used.(2) choose from the curing method: some products can not be heated, then the thermal curing agent can not be used.(3) choose from the applicable period: the so-called "applicable period" refers to the time when the epoxy resin is added to the curing agent until it can not be used. For the long term, anhydride or latent curing agent is usually used.(4) from the safety of choice: General requirements, small toxicity is good, easy to safe production.(5) choose from the cost.
Q: My glove compartment doesn't have a latch so it's open all the time. Am I allowed to tape it shut with duct tape or if I just uninstall the whole compartment? What will happen at the driving test if I don't have a secured compartment? Does the test just get postponed or I get marked off points?
If you replace it. . . Replace all of it. i.e. the tank and a new Ball shut off valve at the water inlet. Do not use a Gate valve they corrode away in a short period of time. A multi turn vale will work fine also but I prefer a Ball valve. If it’s not on a stand to raise it up off the floor check with the place where you purchase the heater and see if it is code where you live. Most times the safety pop-off valve comes with the heater but if it doesn’t purchase one of those also. If your pop-off valve does not have a drain pipe from the safety pop-off valve to the drain you can purchase PVC pipe to make that connection and most states require a drain pan under the tank. Check with the place where you purchase your tank for all the local codes such as the drain pan, stand to raise the tank off the ground and piping from the pop-off valve to the drain. Buy some copper tubing the size that you need and a couple of extra collars / connectors, use these to practice sweating the joints. It’s not hard but does require a little practice. Draw your installation out on paper to get a feel of what you’re going to do. You’ll need to turn the water off at the meter before you start. Ask lots of questions, watch some videos on line. it isn’t difficult but your first one can be a little taxing. Purchase the tank by quality not price
Q: If the owner of a business purchases new clothing for his or her spouse, would the cost of such clothing be considered an expense of the business to be accounted for in determining the profit of the business? What expenditures should be considered in calculating the profit a business has earned?

Q: Difference between vacuum pouring dry type transformer and epoxy resin casting dry type transformer
Epoxy cast dry-type transformer is under vacuum (absolute pressure 100-300pa) with epoxy resin, if the working voltage of products is low, can be in the atmospheric state (absolute pressure 101325pa). Because of the pouring of a dry insulation filling material becomes used are epoxy resin, so that the "vacuum casting dry type transformer is used to achieve this product > > < epoxy casting process, other electrical (voltage 35kV and below) and electronic insulation treatment mostly by vacuum epoxy casting process.
Q: IS It Illegal To Pull A Fire Alarm?
Actually, the vernacular in the trade catalogs means that the fitting is c for copper. Hence, c x c would mean copper to copper sweated. C x f is copper to threaded iron, usu. mpt or fpt, ( male or female ) pipe threads. Br. would be threaded brass. Compression fittings are listed as comp x whatever else. Fl. for flare for egs. Hope that helps.
