If that is not the case...The superintendent of the company using and supplying the scaffolding need to comply with OSHA standards at the minimum. The primary contractor will be somewhat responsible to ensure things are properly inspected. The Army Corps Of Engineers insist that the scaffolding be inspected each day prior to use. Should an accident happen you need to make sure all sub-contractors have proper general liability and workers comp insurance. Otherwise total responsibility goes to the primary contractor.

Q:i know they are meant to be done as one piercing and with one bar to reduce the risk of them not aligning properly but is it possible to have it done as one piercing and then replacing the bar with two separate ones after it has partially healed. is there still a risk? also, how low down and at what angle should the bar be?thanks x: They can be done as two separate piercings, and it is up to the piercer and the shape of your ear to decide if something like that will be done. However, I would not recommend it, because even if it is partially healed, putting two separate earrings in can still misalign the piercing when you go to put the bar back in later. I would recommend keeping the bar in, it's a guaranteed way to make your piercing work out. Besides, once you get used to the bar, you won't even know you have it in! Much easier than keeping track of two separate earrings and making sure they still align months down the road. As for the angle, it depends on your preference and what is able to be done due to the shape of your ear. Some people want theirs straight across, others want a much steeper angle. It all depends on preference and shape of ear. Hope this helps, good luck!

It seems to be healing well, however it is still sore.My body tends to reject piercings, so is there anything I can do to help it heal?I am currently using saline solution taking vitamins.: your body wont reject it cuz its cartilage and it wont reject. its just sore becuase you just go a while ago so it will hurt of a couple of weeks

Q:I'm 14 and getting my scaffold pierced soon. I am terrible with nerves and pain. I had a panic attack getting my doubles pierced. To calm my nerves, can you tell me what to expect?: I've passed out getting shots before! Almost to the point where I had a seizure. And I got mine done, and I thought I was going to pass out again! But my lady was really nice. It really doesn't feel like anything more than a lobe piercing, but you feel a bit of a pinch the second time it goes through. Nothing more! You'll be fine. Q:i want to get a scaffold ear pireceing but i got my cartlige done about 2 to 3 years ago but any way if i got a industrial done who would they do it with my cartlige done would thay use it and just make one hole instead of two: They most likely wouldn't use the cartilage piercing you already have because the hole wouldn't be in the proper placement for the bar to go through. You could always use your other ear though :)
