1）How long is the service life of the product？
   The product warranty is 1 year.

 2) Can we get your free samples?
     Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
3) What is your payment term?
     T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from port.
4) How do you control the quality?
     We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing;taking pictures after packing.

5) What is the normal lead time ?
     A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
     B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received your 30% deposit
     C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
