Just if you do this then make sure to put in a new tampon RIGHT before you go to bed and then take it out right when you get up.

Q: 4 years ago, I woke up with 40 bed bugs in my bed. The exterminator came and dealt with it. I was paranoid, and afraid to sleep on my bed for months.Now, today. I found a bed bug (just one) in my bed. I searched the rest of the bed, and I found none. I'm terrified that there might be more.I can't sleep. Someone please help me...I'm so tired and so worriedI'm only 15 by the way.: Don't sleep in there tonight, and if you've already taken a shower, take another one. Sleep in another room, tell your parents, get your bed cleaned, and keep you clothes away from your bed. They sleep when it's light and come alive at night. Don't waste a lot of money on something you can prevent.
