And how?: I have personally been tanning on and off for the last three years when I am tanning my face chest and shoulders clear up 100%, and continue to stay clear for as long as I continue tanning. Also the acne scars and any discolor on my face really evens out. It also helps my face stay less greasy. When I'm not tanning I have very oily skin and notice I have to powder my nose every time I look in to a mirror. If you choose to get a tanning member ship to help clear up your skin or get color I still recommend you try to not go every day.

Q: call me thick, but you know those beds that have the headboard at the top and then one at the bottom,foot area,what are they called???????: you have a headboard at the head of the bed and a footboard at the foot of the bed. when the sell them the just call them beds. otherwise you just buy a headboard separately and then still need a bedframe. Old time brass beds are beds if you get what I mean.
