- Q: Hi, i just wanted to know about the typical gross profit margins to the retailer in the sale of mobile phones and if it varies by a lot by which brand a retailer sells. Thanks.
- relies upon on the guy. the place I stay (Adelaide), i do no longer see a extensive difference between adult males and ladies whilst it comprises cellular utilization. a excellent form of the infants I see in college seem to have their telephones in college on facebook, toddler, and text fabric one yet another from diverse school rooms (incredibly pathetic, for my area). I, a woman, hardly use my telephone, different than whilst i'm on college journeys, wherein case I save my telephone in my pocket, and whilst on the prepare or bus I take a seat on my lap in case my mom texts or calls.
- Q: I am looking for a new phone as my old one broke.Any ideas on a good phone,There are a few things I need this phone have-I hate texting on mobiles with the 1-ABC Layout so QWERTY is a must-I have a budget of ?100-Camera would be nice-Mp3 would be nice-Video and memory card slots and good too-I dont care what network but O2 is not that great were I live-Dont care what brand the phone isAny phones like this? Thanks, HarryPS: I dont mind contracts as long as there under ?20 a mounth(Internet would be great as I love facebook!)
- To me, the QWERTY key pad is plenty less complicated. and that i don't likely seem to have any discomfort, i could think of that making use of the old telephones have been you could desire to hit an identical button thrice for a million letter could reason discomfort.
- Q: How do I unlock T-mobile or ATT phone? what's the code?
- Hello, okorder
- Q: how can i call from PC to Landline/Mobile phone.free.
- Hello, I just did this recently. First, once you sign on to Yahoo Messenger, down about 3/4 of the way down, below your friends or family list of names online, you will see Phone Out and a Phone In. You will need to click on the Phone Out and follow the instructions for calling, including entering your credit card number. Then, to begin making calls, you will have to follow the instructions that are sent to you from Yahoo in an email they will send to the email address you provided to them. This will take a few days to get done, so, you may not be able to make calls this way til after Christmas. Sorry
- Q: i have changed my password ,cleared cookies yet i cant still log in on my mobile phone pls help
- May be because of your web browser. Try us browser or ucweb.
- Q: does T-Mobile offer unlock for every phone?? expensive??
- T-Mobile okorder
- Q: How does a mobile come to know that which operator is meant for it. What exactly happens and how a mobile phone attach to the network. How it is different if the mobile is in roaming area?
- A cell phone network is made up of the cell phones themselves, base stations, and the mobile switching center (MSC) hardware which does call routing, etc. The base stations (cell towers) are always broadcasting out control signals that contain a System ID (SID) and how it expects cell phones to identify themselves. When you power up a cell phone, it hears this and registers with the nearest base station and your cell phone sends its Mobile ID Number. This Mobile ID Number is more than just your cell phone number, it also contains its own system ID (SID) number, and it also contains the ESN, Electronic Serial Number that identifies that specific phone. If the base station's SID and cell phone's SID match, then the phone is on its home network. If not, then you are roaming and connect to another provider's network, usually for additional charges. Your phone usually can hear multiple cell towers but connects to the one that has the best signal (signal to noise ratio). After your phone is registered, your cell phone number plus ESN are forwarded to the MSC, which sends this to a home location register or HLR. If it turns out you're not on your home provider's network, it goes to a VLR, Visiting Location Register. This way the cellular network always knows where you are, that is, which cell you're in (what cell tower) so calls can be router to/from your cell phone.
- Q: I I have T-mobile and I am looking for a new phone. Does anyone have any suggestions????
- I have a Sidekick 3 but my mother has the BlackBerry Pearl Which has: Email myFaves Camera Web Browsing Music Player and so much more!!! Unless you text alot get the Sidekick 3, it's also myFaves but I still haven't gotten the update lol Good luck my friend
- Q: Are there any possible dangers of owning a mobile?how important is your mobile to you? do you think mobile phone encourages young people to waste time and money?pls answer all my questions clearly?
- A mobile phone is security and friendship. You are never lost or alone, can call for help and its cheaper and has more tricks that an I cant get up button. The dangers, are sometimes subtle. I no longer have a published number so people can't find me, you can become enslaved by it because people expect you to answer if your neked, in bed, or on mount fuji. They occupy other peoples space, when in public, and the overage charges are insane. As for phones while driving, at school or work, its not the phone but the people who make the trouble. If someone harasses you accidentally or intentional you could fly into a tree, fail an exam or shorten your temper with your boss and co-workers, or get something thrown at you over the cube wall the 10th time you tell the story. As for kids, a cell phone is like free candy. They dont usually have the self control to walk away, and not answer. Its an age where they crave attention and community, and a cell phone is what need and want, yet can feed into bad habits. Its a parental issue to decide, choose your plans wisely so they can error with costing you 400$.
- Q: I want a touch screen T mobile phone that does not require me to subscribe to web access.Does anyone know of a good one?
- T Mobile has had many problems with their [phones and network since they found out that they are merging with ATT. I know first hand. Since they know that this merger will go through T Mobile just stop caring. Their goal is to sell as many phones as possible to lock you into a contract. T Mobile has spent millions in legal fees because their employees continue to give out their customer's ssn and pass code. I have the case number for this. I hope that this helps as a great deal of research has gone into this.
