- That depends on what you are asking about. Are you asking about a bed frame or actual mattresses and box springs? Neither wil come in at under $200 unless you do used and while I don't have a problem with a used bed frame, headboard, foot board, I would take issue with a used mattress and box springs. It's just not sanitary.

- Dyed bedding is just fine for them, just as safe as normal bedding. Just don't use pine or cedar. The best bedding is the, well...Im not sure how to explain it. The brand is something like Cozy Comfort, but they have different ones. That's just the kind I used to get my hamster. But anyway, just stay away from pine.

- I'mnot sure if they are available to buy, but the famous dog's home in London designed their iwn dog bed, the Battersea Bed. It was basically one of those hard plastic dog baskets, but wih metal edging so that the dogs could not chew it. You then just put blankets in for the dog to sleep on. This avoids the mess from bean-bag or cushion/pillow type beds. If the battersea bed is not available I would still go with a hard plastic basket with blankets inside
