- First ensure that yo do have bed bugs and not bed mites. Bed mites can also cause an allergic reaction and are often mistaken as bed bugs. To kill bed mites and bed bugs you have a few options. Firstly you can wash your bedding in hot water, at least 130 Fahrenheit, this will kill them. Another method is to actually put your bedding in a freezer for a day or two. The extreme cold will also kill them. If you want a more hands on solution then an over the counter product will be able to help you. 100% Alcohol kills bedbugs and their eggs. You can get bedbugs sprays containing alcohol over the counter from most stores. Wal-Mart has a good bedbug spray available and you can also try Kleen Free Naturally for an organic no-toxic solution. - They are probably what they call California twins. They are a little bigger than your normal twin bed. I have a California King and it is wider and longer than a standard king. Hope this answers your question.

- The bed in the picture has a headboard attached to the wall, and the mattress and box spring sit on a bed frame. Hotels do this often. Beds like the one in your picture don't have footboards. You can move the bed around, but the headboard stays on the wall. Other beds have a headboard and a footboard that are attached to each other by side-rails. Slats are sometimes laid across from one side rail to the other so the mattress has more support. The whole bed moves as one piece.
