Q: Out of the blue, my main bathroom that guests primarily use starting having an earthy smell coming from the sink drain. Its on the main floor, and there are no floors above it (in other words, not another sink above it). I examined the plumbing under the sink, and everything seems to be in working order, no leaks, trap is in good shape, etc. What should I do here?
Pour some bleach and hot water down the drain.
Q: Very weird question here. I am petsitting for a family with several cats and dogs. The youngest kitten is living in a bathroom, currently (it is the only small, enclosed, safe place for him to stay until the family returns). Unfortunately, despite his having a clean litterbox, he is constantly pooping in the sink, which is unpleasant for me to deal with--obviously! How can I discourage him from doing this without really disciplining or hurting him in any way? I can't easily put something over the sink that he couldn't pull down and hurt himself with.
first of all you will desire to get the worms taken care of... from a vet 2nd his liter container may well be disgusting and it quite is his way of announcing sparkling it. 0.33: whilst cats have UTI or bladder an infection or worse because of the fact that he's a male he would desire to be clogged they attempt to flow and cant so they linked discomfort with the clutter container so they flow else the place/ If the undertaking remains occurring after u sparkling the container take him to the vet!
Q: Over the weekend I put a reddish packet down on my NEW, WHITE bathroom sink. When I went to pick the packet up I saw it had left a PINK STAIN about the size of a half dollar on my new sink (I *think* the sink is porcelain but I'm not positive. It is *not* marble or any other stone. It is - I believe - basic bathroom sink material). Anyway, I used some Comet bathroom cleaner. Did nothing. I then tried bleach (big mistake! I think it actually now gave the stain a yellowish hue). I have not tried anything else.If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it.Thank you!
Usually an all purpose kitchen/bathroom cleaner after bleach should do it. i have gotten permanent black hair dye on my sink and left it overnight and it has still came out. put bleach on a washcloth and let it sit on top of the stain for 30 mins or so and then an all purpose stain remover. it always works for me.
Q: Artificial stone basin where to do some
Generally larger artificial stone processing plants or production plants can provide, but need to have a certain amount, whether this high cost and time-consuming, trouble;
Q: What is the maximum size of the basin?
There seems to be no such thing!
Q: So I live in an appartment, the upstairs of a house. Everytime I go to brush my teeth all I can smell is POO! I know this is disgusting and I don't know what to do about it???
If you live in the UK then bathrooms usually have water supplied by a tank hot from the tank in your airing cupboard which is mains fed, cold is usually supplied by a tank some times in the loft which can become contaminated although this is mains fed there is a loose lid which could become dislodged I have heard of dead birds in cold water tanks. Worst case scenario is that your tank has been contaminated on purpose. Speak to your management company or health department and explain the problem, in the meantime use bottled water to brush your teeth and ask other residents if they have a similar problem
Q: Basin basin faucet whether there are national standards
National regulations require 4 kg of pressure.
Q: Wash basin is good or bad to judge
The washbasin has the advantages of high temperature resistance, humidity resistance, easy cleaning, hard wear resistance and aging resistance. It is the mainstream product in the basin of various materials.Important reference index is glaze finish, brightness and ceramic water absorption.
Q: kitchen sinkbathroom sink or shower? :)
The Bathroom Sink :)
Q: so my bathroom sink is filled with puke cause my sister was sick. I put draino in it, then ten minutes later I put a little more, then I put hot water, and then it didnt work so I put baking soda and then I realized I had no vinegar. Now what do I do? As you can see, Im very untrained and want to clean this up before my parents get home. Please answer, fast, please
The easiest fix, which may or may not be the source of the problem. Is remove the elbow pipe. If you look under your sink there will be a straight pipe going down, then a U or sometimes referred to as J shape that then goes sideways. The U is the elbow. Loosen the two clamps, take it out, clean it. Put it back together the same way you took it apart (really simple). If the clog is not in there. You may have to go buy a pipe snake at the hardware store and snake the drain.
