- I have Boost Mobile and I purchased the Motorola i335 and am very unhappy with it. It's terrible for text and has a short battery charge. The small display on my phone is very scratched already with just normal use. I tried to return the phone in the first week after I purchased it with no luck. I have the 50. Unlimited plan and added 10. for unlimited international text. No one else I've found offers unlimited international text. Boost has the best plan I've found but poor service quality and the Motorola i335 is not a good phone. I know this does'nt answer your question but may be helpful.

- Well you can check the balance with #674#. And if you actually want to read them you can do so online. Or you can request that tmobile send them to you over email or us mail. Hope this helps when calling ask to speak with a technical support representative.

- I had the same problem with my samsung intercept. Sometimes it was on the start up screen for an hour or two, and sometimes it was on the start up screen for a whole day. Honestly there are no tricks to solving this problem, just luck. You can take out the battery and try rebooting it again. You can wait till it just finishes going through its process, and make sure its charging so it wont die. Or you can send it back to virgin mobile for a new one. After it was charging for a day or two, I send my phone back to virgin for a new one.

- I absolutely think it is too much -- a 4th grader should never be alone long enough to need a cell phone even for an emergency. I can see when they get old enough to take off for a bike ride or something like that. but otherwise it's ridiculous. Even my 8th grader doesn't have one she just takes mine if she is going for a bike ride or walk with a friend.

- No, it will NOT work. Verizon's phones and network are CDMA, which doesn't use sim cards. T-Mobile's phones and network are GSM which require a sim card in order to work. They are two completely different technologies and are not compatible with each other. Even if you get an unlocked GSM phone, it will not work with a CDMA carrier.
- Q:I have just received an upgrade from T-Mobile. Whilst I like the phone I want to unlock it so I can put a cheaper SIM in for my trips to Jersey. Only one network on Jersey (UK).The phone is a Samsung U800 which seems to prove hard to unlock??An internet service could not help and Tmobile says it takes 28 days.Does anyone know of a high street shop that could unlock and not charge that much?Cheers
- Dont go to the High streets, you are better off going to the small independant shops. they have the software to get it sorted for you and the longest they will take is 24 hours at a cost of 5 - 10 quid
