How does solar light works?
Solar light uses solar panel with photovoltaic effect principle to receive solar radiation during the day, then converted into electrical energy, after that store in batteries by charge-discharge controller, while at night when the illumination gradually reduced to about 10LUX, the open circuit voltage of solar panels reaches the set value, after the discharge controller detects the voltage value then action, the battery discharge current to the lamp, solar light; when the battery is discharged to the set value, battery stops discharge, the solar light turned off. Or the next day when the illumination is higher than about 10LUX, charge and discharge controller action, the battery discharge suspended, solar panel starts battery charging.

I figured that they were all the same. But... they aren't. So now I'm completely confused. What is florescence, how does ultra violet light differ from the light emitted by black lights? - Hi, a black light is producing a range of EMF which contains UV emissions, but also some high violet which you can see. When the UV light makes something fluoresce, you are not seeing the UV light reflected, but a lower wavelength of light which is emitted from the object. When the light energy hits the object it excites an electron and pops it to a higher energy level. When the electron pops back to it's stable state, multiple photons at different energies are released. So, you're not seeing the original UV light, but a by product of it, that's why only certain materials are fluorescent and to specific wavelengths of light.

- The paint would have to be fluorescent paint in order to show under the ultraviolet lights (usually the black/purplish looking lights). They sell them as single lightbulbs that go into regular household sockets or you can buy them as fluorescent lights (long tubes) with their own fixture. Not too sure about the clothing part of the question. Just buying the lights themselves should make the whites on people's clothes glow.

Now its out of fluid :( I know it seems stupid, but I reallly like this lighter! lol but I bought the lighter fluid at WalMart and I put it in the lighter, but it doesnt work. Also, it didnt work in any other lighters. I did it the way I was told, by moving the little arm on the bottum of the lighter, and putting the little tip in there and filling it.
