- Q: I'm not sure what color i want on the walls yet but i can't find any duvet covers or bedskirts or anything that fit my personality. no pink colors but i dont like punky or rocker type stuff. and no dark colors light colors please. i looked at pbteens and i dont like any of theres so any ideas for a teen? no pbteen please! thanks~

- Q: I am just wondering. ..Why do many parents switch to toddler bed inspite of the fact that toddler bed is the same size as crib? Infact, isn't crib more safer?
- True, it's the same size as a crib. However, parent's don't switch from a crib to a toddler bed because a toddler all of a sudden needs more room.... They switch because their child is growing up, and is ready to transition from an infant bed, to one that resembles a grown-up bed. There's really nice difference between a twin size bed and a toddler bed either, except that the toddler bed is closer to the ground. Which is good, because that means the child can get in and out of bed on her own, plus if there is a roll-out, it's not going to cause any damage. And, a crib is only safe is the child is not trying to climb out every time he/she is placed in there. If your child is continually trying to get out of a crib, then no, it's not safer.
- Q: Found a tent my son really likes but it's a bed tent...Not for sleeping outside, just to play in.
- Most bed tents have a part like a fitted sheet that fits over the mattress to help the tent stay in place. A few have straps that Velcro or tie to the bed posts or slip under the mattress. They don't work well off of the bed. Unless this tent says that it can be freestanding, it will probably have to go on the bed.

You can work and chat till you get exhaust, and you don't need to sit continuously as you do in chair and when the work done or feeling sleepy then just do shut down, put your laptop aside and take a flight to dream land( you dint need to get up from chair and go to bed to take that take off :) )

- Did you buy a 1.4 metre mattress? Customized words certainly can not be returned, ah, also can not change, and if it is conventional, but also discuss with the business. But I wonder why you bought 1.5 meters of regular size for the bedstead, and the mattress bought 1.4 meters, and went to order.

- A mattress pad is just a padded fitted sheet that fits over a mattress. It protects the mattress from stains and adds a little extra padding to lay on.

- Most people are not allergic to bed bugs. So even if the bed bugs are biting (they actually puncture the skin), you will see no skin reaction (other than a small puncture, which you many not spot). I'd suggest checking the mattress and box spring for small brown fecal spots. Check under labels and behind the plastic box spring corner guards. There are insects that are confused with bed bugs including beetles and young roaches. I've attached a resource with pictures of bed bug bites and pictures in insects that are confused with bed bugs. I'd suggest capturing one of the insects and sending it to Identify LLC. You can also call a local cooperative extension office or department of health to see if they have an insect ID Service.
- Q: my 9year old son wets the bed and at one time he told his dad that he at one time purposely wet the bed and i was told by a doctor that my son also has itchthyosis the mild case cause i know that there is a severe case of it but what i want to know is can itchthyosis also be the problem of his bed wetting?
- No, Ichthyosis is a skin disorder. If what you say is true, then the mild form of the disorder should only secrete a small amount of fluid. Even with a severe case of the mild form shouldn't secrete enough fluid to wet a bed to the amount that a normal bed wetter would. Now, the bed wetting part. It could be that his bladder or sphincter muscle hasn't developed with the rest of his body. He should grow out of this in time. What you can do is a few methods that do work to at least keep his bed dry. 1 - Wake him in the middle of the night and take him to the toilet. Take him twice if needed. 2 - Protect the mattress with plastic/rubber sheet. If you don't want to spend a lot on a rubber sheet, go to any hardware store and get a roll of plastic and put it on the mattress. I also suggest doubling the amount of plastic you use on the mattress as some wearing to it may occur, depending on how much tossing and turning he does in the night. 3 - The last method is one I rarely suggest because of the dependency that can be formed with it. It's diapers. Several good products will run you back about $20-30 for youth diapers. From some tests with other parents, Goodnites (Huggies) leak way too much and Underjams (Pampes) are only a little better than that. Many actually spend a pretty penny all at once and buy cloth diapers and plastic pants and save a bundle in the long run. Though, I only suggest cloth if this seems like a long term kind of thing. Now, I couldn't help but notice that your son told his dad that he wet the bed on purpose? Just a few questions if you don't mind, that way I can be of most use to you. Was it just once that he purposely wet the bed? What was your reaction to hearing that (emotionally and literally)? If you wouldn't mind giving a little more information, I'm sure we can find a solution or, at best, answer your question.
