- I like the stand up ones because it gets your entire body a little better than the ones you lay down on. BUT, you have to stand up the whole time. Bring a CD player if they don't have a radio or something provided. Wearing makeup is probably okay, but I would go ahead and wash it off. I did the stand up ones just a couple times a week, but it's been a few years.

- I don't quite understand your question because a Murphy bed folds out of the wall and must be built in. Are you thinking of another type of bed?

- Bedbugs. A friend of mine just had this problem, and even though you don't see them, I'm betting that you do have them. They live in the mattress, which is why washing your sheets alone isn't helping. If you can't afford to go buy a new mattress, I would suggest going to the drug store and buying a lice kit. I know, I know, it sounds digusting and gross, but the stuff that's in the spray for the furniture is the same stuff that kills bedbugs. Also, make sure you vacuum the mattress and surrounding area at least once a week, and wash and dry your linens on the hottest temp you can. This will kill live bugs and their eggs. And, please, do not think this is something to be ashamed of, it's only a nuisance. To treat the bites, use the over the counter hydrocortisone cream that treats rashes. This will help the itching and swelling. If the bites are severe, go to your doctor for a perscription strength cream. Hope this helps.

- No bed bugs are not dangerous they feed off or blood and if you got them wash ever thing you can bed bugs do not go but you can kill them bed bugs well lay eggs and get bigger but remove every that like carpet couches and beds if you have bed bugs

Those are up to your personal choice as well. Extra pillows can help as well. As to whether or not you lay on top of your comforter, again it is up to you.

- Depends on why you were ordered so. If because of weight gain and swelling try your legs be level with hips. If because of blood pressure, then bed rest means in bed and resting as much as possible. Better ask your Dr. for specifics.
