- Well there will always be bugs everywhere, but they will mostly be too small to see and can't do any harm, like dust mites. As for dangerous ones, it really depends on the area you live in. If you are in the country or if the house/apartment is poorly built, then there might be some more bugs, and most likely all will be harmless. Don't expect to wake up and have bugs crawling all over you, that just doesn't happen unless you cover yourself in honey and sleep in a tropical rainforrest.

- Definitely the first bed - the queen size. This is a bed that you are going to have with you throughout your teenage and college years. Maybe try telling your dad if he's going to spend the money - spend it once on the queen bed. If he buys you the twin bed, he's going to have to buy you another larger bed when you are older. He can save money this way. Plus, the queen bed is only $16 more! Tell him you can do some extra chores to help out with the price difference. (Worked on my dad, hehe) Or - a different approach, keep your full mattress and search for a frame for a full bed. These are less expensive than queen frames and he can save even more! :) I had a full size bed until I got married and it's the perfect size for one person. Good luck!

- Just get a good mattress and put it on the floor. Looks cool with some cushions on it, during day time use you can just stand it up against the wall, sit on the cushions and use the mattress like a sofa back. Cheap and cheer-full and gives you more space.
