Scope of Supply:

1)    Machine installation & test running for Buyer.

2)    Sufficiently train operation method to Buyer's operators.

3)    Reference document (in English): foundation drawing (including the arrangement of water, electricity and air etc.), circuit diagram and operation instruction, etc

4)    Additional Rollers for welded pipe will be ordered and designed according to type and specification provided by Buyer.

Sale conditions

1) Packing: Sea worthy packing, the mechanical parts are in nude pack, and the electrical arts and the spare parts are simply packed.

2) Quality Assurance: the Seller manufactures the equipment according to the relevant standards strictly and tests the equipment according to the technical documents.

3) Installation: three engineers will be dispatched to Buyer factory for installation and test running. The buyer should charge of return ticket, food and accommodation abroad and pay USD60/person/day for salary.

4) Warranty: we guarantee one year’s warranty after test running. (The matters caused by Buyer’s fault and the lack of Buyer’s maintenance shall not be covered). And we offer lifelong technical service and fast-response technical support to Buyer.

Scope of work excluded (Buyer scope)

1)    Foundation construction and electric appliance work, civil engineering and necessary materials.

2)    Machine to machine wire, mechanical pipe, water pipe;

3)    Lubricating oil, cycle oil, gear box oil, cooling circulating water

4)    D .Safety appliance, out of standard security items

5)    Test run material, magnetic rod, bearing etc. low value consumables.

6)    The buyer is responsible for power supply, water supply and gas supply to the equipment interface connector. Air compressor (1.5 cubic meters/minutes)
