- Totally. I had a custom woodworker (cabinet maker) build mine for exactly that reason. Bathroom was small, and I wanted to maximize space. All the standard options wasted a precious inch or four. He was able to build INTO the wall for a specialty deep medicine cabinet, too! Also, he did a one piece unit connected to the medicine cabinet for storage over the toilet. We did vanity DRAWERS instead of two doors, and he built them around the plumbing pipes. It worked out really well. And, I had a double outlet built inside the medicine cabinet for electric toothbrushes, etc. ETA: He did the counter tops too. He was sitting next to me checking out sink & faucet dimensions online when we were designing the project to get every inch and make sure it all worked together.

- Great idea. Chocolate or even dark chocolate is a great color for bathroom vanity. So you got that problem solved. Chocolate and beige gets my vote! What is your counter made of? If it is not granite or marble maybe you can tile over it. Tiles are not expensive, nice weekend project. But maybe you can keep it since if fits the color scheme. I do not see the green to well unless it is mossy green. Hey, Good Luck with your project!
