1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 80*80 available?
—— Yes, 80*80 is available. In addition, the size 100*100 and 60*120 are also availbale.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Ceramic tiles? Not in the least. Vinyl tiles will melt at a lower temperature but will burn some at higher temps.. Ceiling tiles are all different, they are flame retardant some but again will burn at high temps. GL

- Tile the kitchen floor - definitely. Tiles will not clash with wooden floor colours as this is seen to be natural.

- They are generically called Calavera tiles and are made in Mexico by hundreds of different companies. In fact, just check Ebay for calavera tile and you will see a lot of them in similar designs. They install like any fired clay tile -- some people use them as accents with solid saltillo type tile. I have a bunch of them that I bought to use for a project that I changed my mind about. They are still so pretty that I use them for coasters and may eventually encorporate them into a design for my stone fireplace hearth. Yours look fairly vintage -- nice find!
- Q: I am planning on laying some tile today but not sure when it can be walked on. Also, can I lay some today and start again tomorrow? It is in a small bathroom.
- You need to wait at least 14-16hrs before walking on your tile job. Walking on it sooner will weaken the mortar's bond by stressing the mortar before it is cured enough to withstand the weight. Essentially, you will be shortening the lifespan of your hard work. Of course you can stop anywhere in the midst of the tile job, just make sure to scrape up any mortar in the untiled section. Often times I will do it this way: Before you start sticking the tile, create crossing base lines (at the room center) with chalk or pencil to start the layout. Place all of the full tiles (using spacers) and then measure and make all of the perimeter cuts, etc. Layout all of the tiles as if you were sticking them permanantly. Number the tiles with a wax pen(crayon) and pick them back up by rows. Then you will be able to mix mortar and lay all of the tile at once and rather quickly. Wait 24hrs, carefully scrape the grout joints and vacuum thuroughly. Grout the tile as you normally would then keep traffic off the floor for another 16-24hrs. Carefully place your commode, vanity, etc. After 72hrs of grouting, be sure to seal the grout preferably with a sealer with a teflon additive. Seal the grout until no water will absorb into the grout! As long as the grout is properly sealed, it will stay looking like new for years. Do the water absorbtion test every year to see if resealing is necessary. Good luck and I hope this helps.

We can‘t afford to rip out the old tiles and put in new, so we‘re wondering if there is something we can do to make them look new and/or different. Such as painting them? That was my idea, but not sure that tiles can be painted? Can they? And if so how? What exact steps do we need to do to paint the tiles? Or any other ideas on making them look better? - yes, you'll need a good underlayment. The reason is that the independent movement of the planks as weight loads the floor will cause torque between two planks, cracking the mortar and the grout and perhaps the tiles themselves. Its enough work to lay the tile that you definately don't want to do this without the underlayment. And I'm a guy that will lay tile over a well secured vinyl floor, so I'm not one of those there's only one right way to do it people. But in this case, you'll be unhappy with the results without a sanded plywood or cement board underlayment.
- Q: Hi, I`m planning a bathroom remodel soon, and I want to use the same floor tiles as before - they are beautiful! But I just can`t find them anywhere (we bought this house recently and the previous owner did the remodel, and we can`t get hold of him any more). If anyone recognizes them, I`d be really grateful if you could point me in the direction of where to find them. Thank you SO much!Further info: the tiles are a fraction under 4 square and are a kind of gray-based quartz or granite (not sure of the difference, sorry!) with flecks of aquamarine and blue that give it an overall pale blue hue. They sit between plain white tiles with the corners shaped to accept the smaller blue squares.I`ve looked in Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and online but so far no luck :( !
- You will have to contact a company and request a catalog of their tiles that they manufacture. After a run of tiles are made the next run will not be the exact same to match. It's very possible that no manufacturing tile company is still making the tile. With the wear and glaze that the tile has it would be impossible to get a match. I suggest that you shop for tiles that will enhance and blend with what you have and you may even use hard wood and tile aquamarine color that will pull the color hue from your present tile. - Q: We grouted the tile, and also had a border tile up.. the border is decorative and has some texture to it.We did wipe off the excess as we grouted. The next day tho, my brother sealed it, before making sure all the dust was off.. now there is some grout dust sealed onto the border tile. I scrubbed with a toothbrush, and managed to get some of it off.. but not all.Is there anything I can do to remove the grout, or even the seal, without ruining the finish on the tile??
