HB41 concrete pump adopts Hino FSIERV (6X4) three-axle chassis, excellent power performance and good economics. Front X type outrigger could operate on one side, and open semi-outrigger in narrow area. 5-section RZ type folded boom needs small space for boom folding and unfolding. The main vehicle pumping adopts opened delivery technology, fully hydraulic reversing technology, ·intelligent pumping damping technology, small pumping reversing impact. The concrete piston could withdraw automatically. The electrical system adopts PLC control with color display screen, showing the running parameters of the equipment. The application of the engine energy saving technology and trouble-shooting technology improves the economics, reliability and safety of the concrete pump.
It is the first 40m concrete pump with three-axle chassis in China, and the first machine adopting X type outrigger, and the first concrete pump adopting 5-section RZ type folded boom for 40-m level in China.

Q: i need machinery to make MDF out of palm tree branches
Please list your technical expertise, financial resources, experience with industrial machinery, desired output, size of facility, level of automation desired, marketing expertise, and location (so I can estimate level of governmental interference with environmental concerns). When you provide that background information your question has a shot at being answered.
Q: I'm currently working for a construction company Monday-Saturday. We occasionally use heavy machinery, like bulldozers and industrial forklifts, but don't have anyone who can fully operate then so we have to hire ab operator, costing the company more money. I was wondering what schools or any courses I can take either after work or on Sundays to get certified in southern California. If you guys have any places or advice to give it would be appreciated. :)

Q: I heard this snippet of classical music which I can't find now. I've heard it before in movies going back a long, long time so it is quite old I think. I evokes a dark and disturbing image of an army of automatons marching, or maybe a factory with heavy machines with giant piston punching out parts along a never ending conveyer. I think it is cello's, if that helps at all -- I don't have an ear for classical music. I think the announcer said something about tchaikovsky or romeo and juliet but I could be wrong, this doesn't sound romantic in the least, just the opposite; cold and impersonal.

Q: I have a friend who is looking for some parts fo a 1000 watt generator made by the Zhejiang Robot Power Machinery Co., ltd in China. This generator was recently sold through Heartland America company in Chaska, MN.Anybody got any ideas on how to get the starter recoil mechanism and the DC circuit breaker?

Q: I don't even use a cell phone, and just started experiencing this last week. I was in a large store with my mother, and thought the store had some giant air compressor running; asked my mother if she could feel it. No, she says. Then, we're in another store and I felt it again! Off and on for the past 4 days. It feels as though I am standing on top of a large piece of machinery! I am fairly active, and had back surgery about 8 years ago to clean around lowest disc; I have had leg cramps/spasms occasionally since then. The vibration is extremely distinct. It doesn't really bother me, it doesn't hurt -- it is just puzzling. Be interesting to find a definitive answer to this!
maybe your pinching a nerve while standing somehow or even constricting blood flow somehow, ask your doctor.
Q: What are the employment trends of mechanical majors?
The direction is really too much, our school is a two school, but mechanical professional make our school's advantages, professional, enrollment scores to more than 10% of the key line, it is possible to admit. It is better than nothing.
Q: What is precision machinery?
Usually very small stuff. Things like watches, gauges, control machinery. Check out the BERG company website
Q: I can't even understand what the hell this question is saying...
Your question specifically asks about BALL bearings. (There are many other types of bearing). Most machines have moving parts. Moving parts cause friction. Friction causes heat and wear. Your question is saying. How can bearings minimise these problems ?...Here's a full explanation. A ball bearing has an inner and an outer raceway. (Like a track in which the balls will run). Bearings support the weight of the machine shaft that runs through the inner raceway. The shaft bearings are situated in lubrication (oil) baths within the machine casing. The lower half of the casing is now taking the full weight of the shaft and bearings. The AREA (due to their being spheres) of each of the balls in contact with the raceways is very, very small. Therefore the ability of the shaft to rotate with little friction, is far, far easier than a shaft rotating in full contact with another surface. There is still some friction and heat tends to build up..This is where the lubrication comes in.. The oil helps to reduce friction and carry away heat. It also seals against oxidation (rusting) of the metal and keeps it clean. (In weight I'm talking about Kilograms or tons or pounds as is normal in industry not Newtons as in scientific uses).
Q: i want to make a juice factory particularly for apple juice and i want to know the type of machinery and it cost
I just searched for industrial juicer which also led to commercial juicers. One that came up was the Uniworld (UJC-750) that does 50 gallons an hour for around $700. I didn't look that deep into the links because it's not for me, but I'd guess you can find even bigger equipment in some of those places.
