1. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers.

3. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?
—— Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds. Light color makes people feel shinny, but the bathroom more appropriate to create a warm feeling, so the best choose is uses matte, the shinny feels more soft and not dazzling.

- You've gotten some good suggestions. I'll just add that I find the MOST important issue is to get ONE good straight, parallel line down the center of the longest run you can. Sometimes it behooves you to have the cenerline of the room run down the centerline of the center row of tile. For this, just measure over 1/2 a course and strike a line for your first edge. No matter what else you do, that ONE line should be your master and considered inviolate. Don't strike a line for each course. Just measure your gap with a spacer of some sort (you don't need to leave them in, just use a couple as a gauge). You're better off if you can do long rows at a time instead of aligning to another line set at 90 deg from the first; otherwise any deviation from a right angle will cause you grief. I find the tiles can be corrected as you go. Just start with that ONE line and build from there. Naturally the wider your grout line, the easier it is to lay out. I've put around 500 sqft of marble tile in my house with a 1/16 gap. That was considerably more tricky than using 1/4 gaps. Good luck!

- Depends on the exact type of tile. Some porcelain and other hard bodied tile you ll burn the bits and possible the motor itself. If it was a smaller area you had to cut out, it would possible work. - Q: I have a few small pits (about 1/16 in diameter, very shallow into the tile) that have developed in some old ceramic tile in my foyer (it may be from some salt that was tracked into the foyer over the winter). Is there a good way to repair it?
- I would try 'tile and grout sealer. These products are easy to apply and once dried are very hard. Go to your home supply store and look at a few different types and see what would work best for you application. Most people don't understand that tile needs to be sealed and re-sealed every year or two, especially in high traffic areas and where there will be a lot of dirt or water track across them.
- Q: Hey there. We are in the process of adding a half bath to our home. We purchased tiles months ago at a tent sale at out local tile store. We have some wall corners that might require bullnosed corner tiles but this wasnt taken into account when we purchased the tiles and now we cannot find matching bullnose tiles anywhere.......Is there any was to finish the wall edges without using bullnosed tiles and have it still look good???
- Bnose tile is a new simplified way of doing tile and was to remove one of the grout edges. So all you have to do is grout the top like they did in the old days a few years ago. You could also use a thin lat of flat trim, a brass or stainless steel edging, or caulking that matches the wall or tile. I think the simple grout is your best bet. PS. Where corners meet If the tile is same color through they can show. If it is glazed colored or just a thin color on top then no. In that case cut the tile back so that they do not quite reach the corner. Then there will be a slight inverted corner where you will grout or caulk. In neither case would you want to miter the corner. It will be too sharp and thin corners would be weak enough to chip.

Just saw this post on another forum: Painting tile will work IF... * It's very clean/dry/dull, and the grout is the same. * Soooo, sand the tile with a 220-sponge, remove all dust, and inspect/repair grout. Lightly wash other areas too let dry. * Prime all areas with BIN (shellac-based) primer from Zinsser.

- Hardwoods are classic. You can never go wrong with hardwood floors as far as resell value. I renovated two years ago. We have a 1500 sq/ft home. We did tile in the bath and hardwoods everywhere else. My husband wanted to tile the kitchen as well but we were talked out of it due to labor costs. Cleaning tile grout is troublesome, sealing it is ineffective if you have food stains or mud or something. My tile floors are very pretty but I regret it. Be sure to get real hardwood with NO laminate at all. Some hardwood floors are real wood on the surface but laminated onto a synthetic bottom. Be careful that way. Things to ask before choosing: How many times can they be refinished? Are they glued or nailed? (Glued are crappy, nailing is much more effective.) How do I clean them? (I use a steamer, no chemicals.) Will my subfloor support the hardwood? (we had to install a new subfloor). Oak and Hickory are the best HARD woods to choose from.
- Q: im looking for tips about PORCELAIN floor tiles.I read everywhere they can look like marble but without the maintenance issues, plus it is a harder material.I like the polished finishes .. and saw some samples of them.. rectified porcelain.I can‘t find much info on the net about its shape uniformity, but looks like they are kind of not so squared?I would like them big.. 24 inches, and spaced at the minimum which i think it is 1/8. But a few persons told me that is too close for porcelain and i should go with marble?The problem is that marble is much more expensive... so i don‘t know what to do.Are there brands of porcelain tiles known for their good uniformity... how should i shop for them.,? i don‘t know what to look for. please help.Please do not suggest any other type of flooring... im not interested. If porcelain is always not uniform, then what would the minimum spacing between tiles be so they look fine?Thanks a lot.
- I'm not sure what you're looking at but all the porcelain tiles I've seen are square. All square. Very square. There should be no uniformity issues whatsoever. Go to a home improvement store and take a look. The tile type really has very little effect on spacing. However if you want 24 tiles I would suggest 1/4 grout lines at least. It will be extremely difficult to maintain a straight even grout line If you go 1/8. Imagine, if for some reason one tile was out of square a little or slightly offline (which does happen) the grout line would disappear completely. The grout would also be more likely to break if there was any movement in the floor. If you insist on 1/8 spacing, it can be done, but the results will be almost definitely poor.

- Always wipe off excess water after you bathe or shower. You can use a wash cloth and wipe off the water from the tiles. Buy a spray bottle and fill 90% water, 10% vinegar. Spray all the tiles in the shower/bath area with the water/vinegar once a week and let dry. The vinegar will not harm the grout or tiles and will eliminate mildew from growing. Bleach would be good for cleaning the tub but its not environmentally friendly. Try water/vinegar and steel wool to get the stains out. Then once a week water/vinegar and wipe clean.
