Q:Can I have your opinion on:?: Wear a helmet, you need it for safety anyways. Wear a medical mask (like the one they use in hospitals). It will protect insects from getting in your nose and mouth as well as protect you from smog if you are riding on the street. I am not sure what you can do about the ears but hopefully the helmet will help a little. I wear glasses so I would recommend sports glasses if possible.

Q:We have a fire and CO detector that I removed from the ceiling to paint it.After I removed it I saw in tiny print to shut it off before removing. I really am not familiar with what it looks like off hand as I'm at work.It is sensitive to the light being turned on and it goes off every time we turn the light on. It says warning, carbon monoxide levels are high, then it says carbon monoxide levels are 0 PPM and stops.They are all new and all of them have gone off at least twice since moving in and only when the light is turned on. They go off within seconds.How can I get this one to stop going off EVERY time? Like I said, I'm at work and not familiar off hand with what's on it. I'd hope there's some kind of reset button? Is it too close to the light? It's maybe 2-3 feet away from the light.I'm sure I can figure it out eventually, but it's just weird to never have a problem this bad with it until now.: i would bet that you have asthma. it may only happen on rare occasions i would lay money that not having the reaction when you switched to glass was merely a coincidence. if i were you i would go to your doctor and tell him about the reaction (leave out what you were doing at the time) but let him know that its a reaction that you have sometimes but very rarely and get an inhaler for those emergency situations. also to ther person who chose to answer a question that they obviously know nothing about, none of those methods of smoking require anyone to burn plastic and if you are burning plastic you are doing it wrong.

Could I fold it so that half is on top of the mattress, and half is under the mattress?: Nope. No problem. You can get a Y fitting for above the trap similar to that for a dishwasher to make it easy. BUT - make sure your condensate pump has a back-flow preventer and that the drain hose is properly connected to the Y fitting. YIKES - on the Methane issue: a) Condensate pumps are 'indirect' connections by their nature. b) You must have a back-flow preventer valve in the system anyway, typically within the pump itself. c) Your DWV system is self-venting. The connection will be above-the-trap *NOT* below the trap. There is no potential for methane from within the plumbing system to get into the condensate drain line - or natural gas to get into the drain line. Neither from either direction. YIKES, again!

Q:I use an electric heater in my room, and every time I turn it on, or any electric heater for that matter I get really sick at my stomach and a headache and it's real bad too like reach for the trash can kind of bad. Which would far better suit you. You need the 8 flex, a bag of zip ties to connect the flex. If the supply vents are in the floor and are the old grate style. You can take a piece of sheet metal cut an 8 hole, then insert a start collar, and an 8 Elbow. That way your not having to redo the supply feeds. Basically it would be a T and the center of the T would have the start collar in the center of the pan with 1 lips so you can zip some screws in there to secure it. And yes you will bet getter air flow and you wont loose the heat transfer like you did with the old cannon pipes.
