- Aluminum foil would work to line the pan and that's usually what is the parchment paper is used for when baking a cheesecake-It makes removal of the bottom of the springform pan really easyThe cheesecake will stick more to the foil than it would the parchment paper, so perhaps spraying some non-stick spray on it would helpGood Luck :)

- If you're using the magic 350 degree Fahrenheit temperature, you're good to go ;)) Just wrap the handle of your Tfal pan in several thicknesses of aluminum foil and put it in the oven If your temperature is not over 350F? Then you're good to go Plastic has a horrible thermal conductivity property and the aluminum foil sheets will guard the plastic handle.
