Q: i need the names of the organisms. like names of insects or fish or what ever they eat. give the organism's name. don't just say fish or insects. i need specific names.this is for a biology project.
Diet okorder /.. I'm sorry, I couldn't find any specific names, but here are some general ones. Sorry again.
Q: What were author Stephen Crane's war beliefs?Details would be nice... what were his views on war and what do you base it on?
The Pluralistic Philosophy of Stephen Crane by Patrick K Dooley - 1994 The Poetry of Stephen Crane by Daniel G Hoffman, Professor Danlel G Hoffman - 1971 - 304 pages the sources of Crane's philosophy and art are as yet undeciphered I know he was a son of a Pastor, did not live long and I never liked his RBC book (Red Badge of Courage RBC the term for red blood Cells), but hope the above help.
Q: how is a tall crane constructed? how can they put the crane on top of its tall body frame?
They first construct the top of crane on the ground with help from other mobile cranes. This includes the long horizontal part with the operator's cab, and the concrete counterweight. this is then placed on a climber, with which the crane kind of builds and climbs itself to the necessary height. Every vertical section of the crane is placed in the climber. When the piece is in place, the climber climbs to the top of piece from where the next vertical piece is placed and so on. You can see how a crane is constructed in the website I've cited below:
Q: How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.
Q: 3years after I quit a job,I am once again looking toward the same field it's just that in my old job they helped me get a crane license when I left the job they kept my certification .How can i get that info without asking my old work for it,or would i have to take the course over?
Hsquared gives a very blunt, and incorrect answer. Apparently a claimed 30 years in HS has not made her realize that different jurisdictions have different rules? Glad she's not working for me. Where I live a mobile crane operator or tower crane operator must be certified at a minimum every 3 years. The correct answer is to contact the agency which licenses crane operators in your jurisdiction. They should have a copy of your certification.
Q: The cantilever part has to stay at least 6-12 inches off the ground.
This Site Might Help You. RE: What are some ideas to build a crane out of Popsicle sticks? The cantilever part has to stay at least 6-12 inches off the ground.
Q: Hey,My grandma has a big country estate with a river and its her birthday coming up. She's indicated she might like another peacock (we've had them before), but I'm thinking of branching out into other birds. We tried Lady Amerhursts pheasants, but one of the dogs knocked over their cage before they were properly acclimatised and they disappeared. So, does anyone know if its possible to get storks or cranes or other big waterbirds to keep as domestics? They'd be free ranging on the estate and the river, so need to be smart about foxes and mink (ie roost in trees or go into a house). We've kept geese and ducks successfully on our river like this, so does anyone have any ideas?Or should we try again with pretty pheasants?
Depends on where you live ? Stick to Ornamental Pheasants or Ducks,Storks and Cranes, need to be penned in at night because you will have to pinion them to prevent them flying. Try some Golden Pheasants for a try ,Lady Amherst are becoming a rare commodity and are quite expensive,if you have Foxes and Mink, then no matter what you get you will have problems these two predators.
Q: Has a gift what im a telling that person.
the meaning is if you make a thousand crane your wish will come true. and if you give someone a paper crane it symbolizes friendship! :)
Q: Tower crane body standard section connection bolt screw upward or downward, why?.
Usually it is worn from top to bottom, so that the nut is loose and the bolt will not fall directly
