1.    Brief Introduction

Pultrusion process is a mechanized process for FRP composites involves pulling a collection of fibers in the form of roving mat or fabric through a resin bath and then through a heated die to cure the resin, and then take shapes of profiles. FRP pultruded profiles are more than a kind of structure, which is very designable. Changing the choice of the materials and designs of the lamination process can make special properties for it. It can be widely use in railing, bracket of water circulation tower, sport equipment, tool handle, bracket of tent and others loading structure components

 FRP FRP PULTRUTION PROFILE-Handrail

Q: for about 3 years now, i feel that ive had BV. The only symptom i have is a very strong odor and occasionally unusual discharge. no burning, itching, etc. I am not sexually active. the odor is so strong that i can smell it if i open my legs or get up out of my seat at school. but the smell is not necessarily fishy. I feel like my vagina is always hot or sweaty. the odor also makes my underwear and pants smell. Ive told my mom about it and tried using over the counter treatments but nothing helped. I went into the doctors recently to get checked out and the results came out negative for some reason, but I know for a fact something is wrong down there? please help
I guess you would be the only person that could decide that one.
Q: if it matters its made of polyester
Usually a cold solution of mild soapy water on a cloth is suggested for jobs like that, then air dry. They do not want you to saturate the material. Just wash the surface. Dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent should work, in my opinion.
Q: im making a bodyboard for a school project. im using polyethylene foam for the core. and polyethylene hard slick but i need something to use as a skin. im gonna probs use a paint, tho if someone could recomend a thin, heat bonding foam , that would be great as wellgt; anyone know what i can use as a skingt;? please. thank you soo much
Well you'd do better to start with a polystyrene, polyester or polyurethane foam for one thing. They're a lot easier to shape and all of the other resins will bond to them. Polyethylene foam won't allow you to bond other resins or paints to the surface after you shape it. Polyethylene will also always remain flexible and won't hold it's shape while the other foams are much more rigid. I'd suggest starting with polystyrene because it's the cheapest and then coating it with a good epoxy resin and thousand cloth or a higher grade surfboard cloth if you can get your hands on it. Good luck with your project
Q: i want answers now.please.
air is a mixture of gases food is a mixture of several components the petrol used is a mixture of gasoline naptha ethanol alloys are a mixture of metal example brass, bronze etc soldering wire is a mix of lead tin. the jewellery worn by women is mixed with copper gold milk mixed with sugar cold drinks cotton cloth is often mixed with polyester. wood is mixed with pulp water plus soap vodka mixed with lemon juice whiskey mixed with water peanut mixed with butter soda mixed with concentrate spices mixed with food milk is a mixture hair spray mayonnaise sauce parfum is a mixture last but not least foam, smoke
Q: I need advice on seeming the edges around large holes. I have about 30 white tablecloths that have permanent oil stains on them in random spots. So, instead of throwing them out, I had an idea to cut out large sections around the oily spots to make a sort of cow pattern (I would be putting the holey white tablecloths over solid black ones). I cut holes in one white tablecloth to preview the effect and it looks really cool but I now need to know how to make it so that the fabric around the holes wont fray apart with use and washing. The info on the purchase receipt says it is Solid White Tablecloth Poplin Fabric Soil Resistant Finish 100% Polyester.I was thinking of using fabric adhesive, but I think it might be visible through the cloth and look ugly.
if you have a sewing machine, use a zig zag stitch in white thread around each hole.
Q: My top thread is skipping stitches, and the bobbin thread is snarling up badly. I have already tried adjusting the tension, cleaning out lint, and re-threading the machine. The problem has not gone away. The needle is fairly fresh and the packaging says it is for various fabric weights (so I‘m pretty sure that particular issue isn‘t my problem).I have a Janome Jem Gold 660, and I have been using it for 10 years without having this problem before. I‘d really rather not have to get a whole new sewing machine. Is there something else I‘m forgetting to do?
Even though ur needle is fairly fresh why not try a better quality one? Can't be more then a cpl bucks Compared to buying a new one right? Also, don't buy a new one, take it to get repaired Call an embroidering company and ask them for a repair person that they'd reccomend
Q: Does 100% polyester shrink when washed and dried?
It won't shrink, but it could scorch! Just remember that it is a type of plastic, and that you should ALWAYS use the low heat settings for both waching and drying.
Q: I‘m buying fabric for my couches and I wanted to know if a blend of wool and polyester would be a good fabric I want something that is colour durable, easy to clean and would last a long timeOH and something that wont lint up when i put it in the wash if anyone knows of such fabric please let me know thanks in advance
Most upholstery fabric cannot be laundered in the washing machine, as most upholstery fabrics are dry clean or spot clean only. However, there are other strong fabrics for slip cover purposes which would work better for your particular application and needs. Duck cloth is a durable fabric that washes well and will last a good, long time. Slipcovers which have been sprayed with Scotch Guard fabric protectant will stay stain free longer between washings. Just follow the directions on the can. You do not want to over wash the slipcover because it is subject to wear from washing. Remember, when washing a slipcover, you want to wash the entire slipcover set (the body of the couch and the cushion covers) all at the same time so they wear at the same rate. You can find duck cloth at most fabric stores. JoAnn fabrics has a lot of choices in their Home Dec department on the custom cut rack. Do not hesitate to also look in the apparel section for washable fabrics that are slipcover weight. Check the twill, duck cloth and denim color selections. Just be certain that your slipcover person knows you intend to wash your slipcover so that they make an allowance for shrinkage when making the slipcover. Oh, about wool fabric: Yes, wool and wool blends are very durable; however, you cannot expect to put wool in the washing machine with great results. Wool upholstery fabric will most likely state that it is dry clean only. Double check the cleaning recommendations.
Q: My son threw up milk on my cloth couch. the tag says it is resin treated polyester fiber.
vinager and water is good it will clean it and also take the order out i know this because i work at a assisted living center and there has been accidents and we used that to also keep from bleeding the fabric and its a natural product if you dont like to use chemicals
Q: I can‘t order anything, but my lens has so many smudge marks on it, I have microfiber cloths, etc, but I read they contain things that might damage it, I actually used my shirt several times. Any ideas?
U probably used a shirt with cotton, which easily leaves fibers behind. Microfiber is made from a combination of polyester and nylon, and it has many more pockets to hold dirt than cotton. Microfiber, as long as there's no debris in the fiber, will not harm your lens. Thus, you should have a clean microfiber to start off with. That means, you either get a new microfiber cloth or you launder the old one. When laundering, do not use bleach or fabric softener and do not use water above 200 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e. use warm water not hot water). Do not wash with fabrics that give off lint (i.e. don't wash with your cotton t-shirt) or the fabric will pick up lint in the wash. Air dry it. Now, after the microfiber is cleanfirst blow on your lens to remove any large, loose particles that could scratch, being careful not to spit on the lens. Next, exhale on the lens--when you exhale, you give off water vapor and carbon dioxide, with trace amounts of other chemicals (not enough to harm the lens coating). Begin wiping the lens element in a circular motion, exhaling again if you need more water vapor. That should get the smudge off and you didn't have to buy anything.
