APPLICATION

1.     Used for and widely for self-cured, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown. As the result, the modulus and site utilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cure is omitted in peak-heat summer days. Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.

2.     Suitable for preparation of early-strength, high-strength, high-anti-filtration and self-sealing& pumpable concrete.

3.     Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc.

4.     Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.

PROPERTIES, FEATURES & CHARACTERISTICS
1.Appearance: Light brown powder& dark brown liquid. Non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.
2. Remarkable Plasticity: As a condition of blending where amount of cement and collapsibility are fixed aforehand, mixing water can be decreased by 18-28% when it is admixed with reinforced concrete at 0.5-1.0%. Statistically, compression strength on the lst day, the 3 rd day and the 28 th day after single application is increased by 60-90% and 25-60% respectively when it is added at standard blend dosage. As the result, compression strength, tensile strength, buckling strength and modulus of elasticity will be improved to some extent.
3.Improve miscibility of concrete amalgamator with water and collapsibility as well. As a condition of equivalent blending, collapsibility can be increased 5-8 times when it is added at 0.7% blend dosage.

PARAMETERS & ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

USAGE:

1. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.

2. Prepare solutions as required.

3. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).

Q: I bought an 85 Ford F-150 a few weeks ago. The dealer told me it had been sitting a long time. It had an oil leak and the mechanic told me to put this additive in that would make the seals expand. I did it and now I have many leaks! Why is that and what should I do?
Here's the correct answer. The oil additive is only designed to help with minor leaks on a normally driven vehicle, and is only a temporary fix, even then. It softened the seals/ gaskets, which were hard and brittle from not being driven, so instead of expanding the seals, it merely made them soft enough to blow out from the pressure exerted from the oil pump in the engine. Your only solution is to replace the necessary gaskets and/or seals. Red Flag #1.don't buy a vehicle that's been sitting for a long time unless you can buy it dirt cheap and/or can afford to replace all engine and transmission seals, as well as belts and hoses. These items all dry out from non use and it's just a matter of time before they will fail once the car is being driven again on a regular basis. If it's any consolation, the engine leaks would have gotten worse eventually on their own anywaythe oil additive just hurried it along a bit. Solutions that come out of a can are really just delaying the inevitable anyway. If you are going to keep the vehicle, you'll need to check into the cost of replacing all the main seals and gaskets. The parts won't cost that much; the expensive part will be the labor to install them. Good Luck.
Q: I need to know because I believe my father got multiple myeloma from working around fuel in the navy in the late 1970‘s.
no, it's not an additive, but it is found in fuel naturally.
Q: So i just bought it and it says for diesal or gasoline engines. But when i look online it says diesal vehicles and off road gasoline vehicles. For marine equiptment as well. Would i be ok putting it in my gas f150?
I agree. Probably better off filling your tank with Chevron 91 octane, once and awhile. Most additives are expensive and do very little.
Q: What are the best oil and transmission additives?
There are times and circumstances where additives are appropriate. But most of the time, they are both redundant and a waste of money. All of the additives and conditioners that oil and transmission fluid require are already in them. (DISCLAIMER-->Use only those lubricants recommended by the manufacturer) There are some manufacturers that require VERY specific conditioners for their lubricants (eg. Honda, Chrysler etc) that add modifiers in addition to the standard blends. Those required conditioners are available in lubricants specified for those applications. If you have a vehicle that has a particular condition (burns oil, has noise etc.) it may be helpful to change viscosity, or add a viscosity builder (i.e. STP, Bardhal) to help forestall engine damage and wear. If this is NOT the case, use what the manufacturer recommends. After all, they designed and built it, and know what the requirements of their design calls for. ADDITIONAL NOTE---> After watching for many years the experiments of many people, including in commercial fleets, there is nothing that you can add to your oil that will add SUBSTANTIALLY to your fuel economy. Even changing to synthetic oil, there has been in some circumstances a little improvement, but not near enough to offset the additional cost of the synthetic oil. Here is an industry web-site where you can gather a bit of information regarding petroleum products. This is the American Petroleum Institute; they are the body that sets standards for blends, and works hand-in-hand with governmental agencies that mandate certain requirements in the industry. api-ec.api.org/newsplashpage/inde...
Q: I have an 03 Ford Focus and after a friend ran a diagnostic, it turns out the fuel pump needs to be replaced. Ive always put low grade gas in my car but never bothered w/ fuel additives. As a result, sometimes the car will stall and lose power especially when in 3rd gear. Will using fuel additives help or is it too late for that?
which would you enjoy hearing the most some music or the sound of the engine i would go with the music 1st
Q: can you put an additive in a premium only car when there is no premium available?
Premium gas is a rip off anything runs with 87.
Q: Is the water treatment additive a chemical raw material?
Surely it is flocculant or coagulant.

Q: Is the potassium pyrosulfite in red wine harmful to the body?

Q: help!!
Unless your city/county/state requires this, this is not a typical requirement. Check your local laws to see what is required. My state requires working smoke detectors and that's it as far as fire safety.
