Q: I hate my bed to death! I know your bed is supposed to be your place to relax but it isn't relaxing climbing a ladder every night to get to bed. It's so hard to make my bed and it makes me really upset :( please help: I built my first loft bed when I was in high school. It had a closet/wardrobe under it. I built another in college that had a desk under it. I really liked both of them, as they gave me a lot more space in cramped quarters. They are no different than sleeping on the top bunk, which I always enjoyed. I liked the fact that the desk space was partially enclosed, so I could hang stuff over/around my computer without damaging the walls and ceiling.

Q: bed fit: that is like putting a square peg into a round hole. no it will not work.

Q: I am looking into a bunk bed that converts into two twin beds. I have a 18month old and a 4 year old. The 18month old climbs out of bother her crib and pack n- play. I would def put her on the bottom with a bed rail on the bed. But does it still seem to young? Space is a huge problem for us right now. I like the metal silver beds vs the wooden seem like they would hold more weight? Any suggestions FIRST TIME BUNK BED EXPERIENCE.: If your 18 month old is climbing out of her crib, it would be much safer to have her in a bottom bunk with a side rail...First it would not be so far to fall is she were to take a tumble, and would certainly give you much needed space. The metal beds would be your better by, both for longevity of product, and a more modern look. Good luck.
