- I use a tanning bed once I week. I understand the risk of tanning. Tanning is bad, but you'll be alright. You'll be okay for a month, but your risk would be raised anyway. I prefer tanning in a bed because it's easier, but I do tan on the beach everyday because I'm already tan and I don't get burned. I would tan in a bed if I were you. Good luck! xx

- Bottom bunk because I have a tendency to move around in my sleep which could be dangerous for me on the top bunk. The fall would be shorter on the bottom bunk.
