Q: Yeah I'm doing a science project which is due in a couple of hours and I need to know some background information on aluminum, parchment, and non-stick pans and how or why you can bake with them.
Parchment paper is nonstickYou can use it to bake and microwave withYou can not use it with direct heat or it will catch fireI use it for lining baking and cookie pansFoil: You can use foil to line baking and cookie sheetsI spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray to help keep things from stickingYou can use foil with direct heat such as broiling or barbecuing Nonstick pans: Pans that are covered with Teflon, Silverstone or other nonstick coatingThey come in a variety of types including saucepans and skilletsThey can be used over an open flame or in the oven.
Q: I don't have a pan to bake the cookies withcan you use just aluminum foil in the oven to bake the cookies?
Yes, it's works fineGetting them in and out of the oven is tricky, be careful.
Q: what is a good product for frizzy hair because i like to let my hair air-dry and when i do it gets really frizzy.if i blowdry it, then it gets really poofy lol idk how else to describe it i guessand what would work for when i blowdry my hair? Thanks
Run Paul mitchell Super Skinny serum through your damp hair, comb it throughLet it air dry the same way you usually doGood luck!
Q: Im considering a macbook for school next year, and i really had my heart set on the new aluminum macbook. But now my parents want me to get the plastic one, because its cheaper. Is there a big difference between the two? which is better?
As far as school work goes the white MacBook will be fine for you. As far as specs go the newer faster unibody aluminum MacBook comes with Nividia graphics card which is better for gaming, multi touch glass track pad ( like Windows touch screen but much better) , faster CPU and bigger hard drive. They will both run Mac OS Leopard.
Q: This is a question on a physics lab that i am having trouble withThe Electric field is produced by rubbing a balloon with wool if that helps. Thanks
Yes, it doesIf you are using a pattern, it should tell you or you can go to a shop and talk with a sales person.
Q: needs to be able to mold into stuff also needs to be made easily and cheaply.
Youre right about hauling it .Usually, there is somebody in that business that will come get your scrap.scrap is high, so make sure you get a descent price!!.wish i could be better help.
Q: I right now have a Dell xps 420But im really satisfided with itIts good but not what i really wantMy brother convinced me to buy itSo lately i've been intersted in this new macbook that came out by appleI'm mainly looking for a computer that is great with media preferencesand i like the idea of everything in the mac comes from appleand not from 3 different componiesI would really like you opinionAnd also price is not an opition with the mac.
There are pros and cons with getting a system that is developed by the same company The good points like you said are that when everything comes from the same source, it's more likely that everything was tested to work well together, and that's Apple's strengthIt guarantees its own products work well together as a consolidated unitThis is good for people who wants everything all pre-packaged and preconfigured to work together as easy as possible and that has little chance they can mess up their own computerMacs are good for computer newbies, people who are afraid of computers, and people who are too busy to maintain their system but just want to use it like a tool like their phoneThe bad side is that because everything comes from a single company, you are very limited in your options if you want something differentOften when you want something different, you will not find many things that are developed for MacsA good example of this are gamesAnd because it's all tied together, if you want to upgrade your machine, you often have to go back to Apple to buy only what they offer instead of all the standard peripherals out there, and because Apple knows you HAVE to buy from them, they are more expensiveAnd because everything is proprietary and very closed, Macs are not good for geeks who want to trick out their custom system to get it to work just the way they want, people who want to save money, people who want lots of options, and definitely not for hard-core gamersSo it really depends on what kind of computer user you are: If you want something all preconfigured and dummy-proof, Macs are goodIf you want lots of software and hardware options, and know how to configure and maintain your system, then get a PC clone.
Q: Hi,I have an aluminium baking tray that I use all the timeIt looksclean and shinnyWhen I try to greese before baking, I pour a littlebit of oil on the tray and use paper towel to wipe and even out theoilThe paper comes out black, like pencil kind of blackWhat'sthat black thing - as I mentioned, the tray looks clean and shinny. Will the black thing be a health hazard? Will the same thing happen to tin or stainless steel tray? Thanks,Banquo.
It's Aluminum Hydroxide, similar to the stuff they put in antacids like MalloxDon't worry, it won't harm you.
