As customer requirements, we can supply rotary hydraulic manipulator and hydraulic manipulator. Compared with rotary hydraulic manipulator, the hydraulic manipulator employs oil way of excavator bucket hydro-cylinder, free from one set of hydraulic valve block and pipeline which is requisite for rotary hydraulic manipulator to control drive of hydro-cylinder. The manipulator is used to grapple broken stone, scrap metal, industrial waste, construction waste, house refuse, etc.

Q: I have a Komatsu PC50 mini-excavator. My worker changed the diesel filter and now it won't start. He says the diesel isn't getting through so perhaps there are air pockets? How would I resolve this issue?
1. Loosen the fittings on the filter to purge air... 2. Lightly ether start engine... 3. Tighten fittings when leaking diesel fuel...
Q: I am adding an apartment onto my house and I need to know what is a good fondation to sit it on and how close to the septic tank can I build it. One more question what comes first the foundation or the plumbing?
I assume you are building the apartment on a slab. The foundation comes first. Check your local building codes. Most require a 4 foot foundation if it is a slab or crawl space. If there is going to be basement, then 8 foot foundation is usually required. As for the proximity to the septic tank, again, local building codes need to be consulted. Don't forget that you will need access to the tank for servicing, such as cleaning. You definitely do not want to cover over the leach field.
Q: Can you explain the negligence in this situation:Company X hires contractors to build a new building. They do not the “call before you dig” regulation, which provides:Before commencing or engaging in any . . . excavation . . . each excavator shall provide notice [by phone] of the location and date of the planned excavation. Its purpose is to give the government time to mark gas/electric lines. When digging the contracting company hits a gas pipe the contractor flies and hits one of my employees who breaks his leg. My employee sues the contracting company ... will he win because of the negligence of the contractor to follow protocol?
violation of a safety standard or procedure may be evidence of negligence, among other factors, provided the standard or rule was put in place to protect this type of victim from this type of harm. For instance, a fire lane outside a store is for emergency access by fire equipment. If you park in the fire lane and someone crashes into you, the fact that it's a fire land has NOTHING to do with either driver's negligence because there is no fire emergency and no fire apparatus involved.
Q: I have large boulders of granite rock. I found out granite is impenetrable what can I do to use this rock?
get an excavator operator and possibly a mason to help you... this will not be cheap
Q: Rule number ONE. Never mention offhanded glorified-tempjob websites like texasworkforce in your answer. They fail on an epic scale.Now. I need a job, I need one in San Antonio area within 10 miles of Converse.
I work for a power company that has plants in NE Texas. Pirkey Plant and Welsh Plant are both near Longview, TX. These are the closest ones to San Antonio that I know of.
Q: The streets were wild and the ads said the excavator was carrying an oil hammer. What's the hammer?
The piston weighs from a few hundred kilograms to several tons.Use the hammer pile sinking hammer should be tapped. If the heavy hammer hits, the hammer work is absorbed by the pile body most, the pile is not easy to break in, and the pile head is easily broken. There is a certain ratio between the hammer weight and the pile weight, or the hammer stress is controlled to prevent the pile from being damaged.
Q: the post are very rustic almost like a tree in half do they have to have concrete around like normal fencing because the posts are morticed for the rails i have a 3 ton excavator with a small bucket any advice from an expert would be highly appreciated
Have put up a lot of fences... but not necessarily an expert. Good sources on the web in many DIY places... but in my opinion: A lot depends on the type of soil you're putting the posts in, and the climate. Dry climate and rocky soil would be less dependent on adding concrete. Moist climate and/or sandy soil would require something more substantial. And, it also depends on how high the fence is going to be and what you intend to keep in or keep out. In any case, would likely recommend treating the bottom couple of feet of the posts with a tar or creosote before installation to prevent rot and moisture penetration (Regardless of whether you use cement or not.) My experience, in rocky soil and an alpine climate, involved using a post-hole attachment on an International Harvester, a spud bar to break up rocks, and a supply of rocks to tamp back around the post once it was dry set. Six inches of large gravel in the hole. Insert post. Tamp large rocks around post with spud bar. Fill with dirt. Tamp some more. No concrete. Posts that loosen with time can be readily re-set. A slightly improved option, is to set the corner posts and gate posts in concrete and dry set the others. That works pretty well and saves some $$$. If you're going all out: treat the posts, drill the holes, bed with gravel, set the post, fill with concrete, slope the concrete away from the post, use bracing as necessary to maintain plumb. Can do a bunch or a few at a time that way. Make sure to cover the concrete with plastic as it dries to slow the drying and reduce cracking. Good luck. I'm sure there are lots of other good/better ideas as well. One nice option = the poly/vinyl fencing. Less weight. Very durable. Comes with instructions.
Q: We do have one lined up already.
It depends entirely on the area of the country you are in, the weather, and the excavator you have chosen. There is no average wait time. If you are building your own home, you are at a disadvantage with an excavator, and will be at a disadvantage with every subcontractor you deal with during the construction of your home. You are only building one home, while the builders they normally work for build multiple homes per year. Every subcontractor will put off your job and give priority to the builders who hire them month after month and year after year. Unfortunately, you may be a one shot deal. Good luck with your situation.
Q: People Of The Hunting Section! I need some basic help. I sometimes do a bit of backwoods reloading on shotgun shells and I am trying to make a few door breeching rounds. The door is a 1/8quot; mild steel wrapped hollow door with inside hinges. I need a basic load / shot pattern to be able to penetrate the door and get it off the hinges. We have already tried to kick it down and only succeeded in a broken ankle. I was thinking of just turning either a copper or steel slug and just going at it, but I figure it would be worth some different opinions.Thank You!
Load your shotgun round to the brim of Iron Dust and filings in the wad. When you shoot this (wear safety glasses) put your barrel about 6 inches where you want your hole. Fire and repeat. It is called a 12 Gauge Disentigrator. I'll post the link if you want to order it. Or you can try Tannerite.
