Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.
Standard
YB/T 051--93
Application
Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

- Metal + Acid = Metal salt + Hydrogen for example: Sodium + Hydrochloric Acid -----> Sodium Chloride + Hydrogen. 2Na(s) + 2HCl(aq) 2NaCl(aq) + H2(g) boring much? :) hope this helps
- Q:What is the difference between metals and non-metals? Please give sevral differences and only educated answers only. No well meaning guesses!
- Umm, i would say they influenced a lot of metal bands today, mostly progressive metal i.e. Dream Theater, but I wouldn't actually say they are metal. Someone may disagree but its all about opinion. I think ac/dc, deep purple, and van halen is metal. Again, all opinions. But one you thing you MUST consider is their time. Of course during their time, they were some of the heaviest bands out. But if you compare them to todays metal bands, they don't sound as heavy anymore. You ever heard of Blue Cheer? They came out during the 60's and they're sound was so heavy compared to the other music being played then. Same with led zeppelin. btw my fav metal band Is METALLICA! I just hate they got old and james' voice got weaker. :( Also that cliff died. He offered so much to the band.
- Q:I was pretty sure that metal is referring to music from heavy metal bands like AC/DC, KISS, Judas Priest, Metallica, maybe even Led Zeppelin. But now I'm hearing all of these lesser new bands calling their music metal and it is not at all the same.It irritates me, so I'm wondering if I have the wrong definition all together, or if this new music is just trying to latch on to older and better bands.Thanks
- No, they're not. I see no resemblance between Venom and black metal. Their style of music was closer to thrash metal and heavy metal than anything else. They had a album titled 'Black Metal' but that doesn't really mean anything, it's just that they were popular around the time black metal was getting into the scene, so they would be considered some kind of pioneers of the black metal sub-genre. As Metal Injection article claims: ''Their album 'Black Metal' gave birth to a sub-genre unlike the world has ever known before. Although the music style of the LP remains more reminiscent of thrash, the lyrics and imagery associated with the record turned out to be the single biggest influence in spawning the early Norwegian Black Metal scene nearly 10 years later.'' Mayhem, Burzum, Immortal and Emperor cite Venom as true originators of the black metal message. Still, I don't think this is the reason to call them black metal because they sound nothing like it, and let's be honest; black metal is mostly characterized by its screamed, harsh vocals and raw guitar riffs. Venom doesn't have these aspects within their music. Some people consider them to be black metal which is just pathetic. Just because they influenced the sub-genre, it doesn't mean they belong to it. Musically and lyrically, they may have had some influence on black metal, but I still wouldn't consider them to be black metal. To add, the vocals are certainly NOT black metal. Cronos uses thrash type of vocals, not screamed and harsh black metal vocals. I think that bands like Bathory and Celtic Frost had a far greater influence on black metal than Venom ever did.
- Q:The metal where they scream the whole song
- They're actually one in the same. Progressive death metal is just an alternate term for technical death metal (just another name to try and make it sound better, as far as I'm concerned). But the original term for the subgenre was actually technical death metal. The technical used to describe the progressive influence (particularly, the emphasis on complex riffs and song structures) used by some death metal bands who pioneered the style; namely Death, Atheist, Cynic, Nile, Nocturnus, and Pestilence while many future acts like Opeth, Obscura, and Decapitated would carry on the style. I've actually never heard of progressive metal referred to as technical metal. I personally think technical is a more accurate term for the prog-influenced death metal style since it helps distinguish those bands away from true prog metal bands, if you will, like Symphony X, Dream Theater, etc. Especially since they sound nothing like those bands.
- Q:For me, It's currently Industrial Metal.
- My fav metal band is Judas Priest. They're a British classic metal band. Check out Nighcrawler, Hell Patrol, and Living After Midnight (more of a rock song, but still great). There's also their song Metal Meltdown... That's a good one. Also, I love Iron Maiden... Another classic metal band!!! I'm sure you know who they are ;D A modern metal band... There's System of a Down, which is my fav. They're metal, so don't listen to somebody if they say they aren't... Just listen to their Toxicity CD. They're a progressive-rock/metal/doom-metal(psyche... genre. They rock pretty hard dude. Another modern one is Children of Bodem, which is more death metal than anything...
- Q:why do metals have low specific heat capacities?thanks :)
