Q: Is the Iron Age the age when the best things were made out of pure iron? Or is it the later age when the best things were made out of steel (which is iron plus carbon)? And if it‘s the latter, then shouldn‘t it be called the Steel Age?
It is the A.B.S Pump pumpin air into the brakes (seals gone)- Disconnect it and try it. What is it? A mitsi? Also check the rear brake cylinders if they have gone it could do that.
Q: Normally I have never enjoyed chewing or eating ice but as of the past week or two all I can think about is chewing and eating ice. About a month ago I did give blood. But other then that I have no other idea of why I might be iron deficient because normally I have high levels of iron. And doesn‘t chewing ice suddenly mean I have become iron deficient? Should I see a doctor if this is the case? I have no other symptoms that anything is wrong.
Iron anemia can lead to dizziness and fatigue. There are good amounts of iron in oysters and mussels. Nuts are a good source of iron and also iron fortified cereals such as Weetbix. Wheat germ and wheat bran are both rich in iron. Perhaps you need an iron supplement.
Q: I want to go see Iron Man 2. But i can‘t remember how Iron Man 1 ended. I‘ve seen iron man 1, but i just can‘t remember the main plot points. Can any1 bring me up 2 date please? Thanks!
Iron Man arrives and begins to fight Iron Monger. Jarvis warns Tony that he has only about half power in the suit; the older power source wasn't designed to work alongside the newer suit. The two ironclad warriors have a huge battle. Tony grabs the Iron Monger and climbs higher. Iron Monger struggles but before long begins to freeze up - his suit still has the same icing problem that Tony's other suit had. Iron Monger manages to escape from this, and Iron Man is now almost completely powerless. Tony instructs Pepper to overload the building's arc reactor, which will generate a shockwave strong enough to knock out the Iron Monger's suit. Pepper is hesitant, believing that Tony could also be killed. Tony manages to keep fighting while she builds up power to the reactor. The reactor releases its shockwave, knocking out the Iron Monger, which falls into the reactor, killing Stane and destroying the reactor. Stark's original mini arc reactor sparks back to life, allowing Tony to survive. Days later, Rhody holds a press conference about the incident with the two robots. Tony is impressed with the newspapers coming up with the name Iron Man, and plans to adopt it. Agent Coulson has released cover stories about Obadiah and the truth about Iron Man (who will be referred to as Stark's bodyguard). Pepper thanks Coulson but cannot remember the full name of the group he belongs to. Coulson just tells them to call it S.H.I.E.L.D. and states that they will be in touch again. Tony goes before the reporters once more, and prepares to comply with the cover story. But, before he can even start, Tony Stark throws away his notes and declares I am Iron Man. The press goes into a frenzy.
Q: What are some foods high in iron?
meats, eggs and just look at the back were it says all the info about whats in it and it should be around there and just get things that are high in iron or you can take a iron supplement, i take one.
Q: i‘m just wondering what a clothes iron is made of and how it works. thanks!
Inside the metalwork the electric iron is a lot like an electric toast maker but, instead of heating up a piece of bread, the soleplate of the iron is heated to about 150 deg C.There are controls you can alter so that you get the ironing temperature you want. The actual action in the clothes to be ironed is that the water in the damp cloth is turned to steam and this transfers the heat to the fabric and flattens it.My grandmother had a clothes iron heated with a gas flame and she judged when the iron was hot enough by spitting on it ,if it sizzled all was well.
Q: I‘m a little confused, can someone please explain this? My CBC test came back with everything normal, but why do I have low iron level of 30 and low iron saturation of 11.6%. What does this mean?
Low iron levels usually are due to blood loss, poor diet, or an inability to absorb enough iron from food. It means you need to get more iron, with supplements and diet. The best source of iron is red meat, especially beef and liver. Chicken, turkey, pork, fish, and shellfish also are good sources of iron. Other foods that are good sources of iron include: Iron-fortified breads and cereals Peas; lentils; white, red, and baked beans; soybeans; and chickpeas Tofu Dried fruits, such as prunes, raisins, and apricots Spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables Prune juice
Q: what foods are rich in iron??? and exactly how much iron do we need daily??
Iron is very important to our body!! It produces a soft glowing tint of beauty which is visible just beneath the skin.Iron is important to the process of respiration, and more over Two-thirds of the iron found in the body is in the blood. The best Iron -rich foods are onions, burdock root, blackberries, most dark green-leafy Vegetables, most red-colored berries, and sea vegetables.
Q: My iron was 32 on a recent blood test and I looked back and last year at this time it was 146. my hemoglobin and hematocrit are within normal limits and when I got the blood test I had been off my period for about 2 weeks (I have moderate periods that last about 3 days and I only bleed heavy for the first day) should I be concerned? I asked a doctor that I work with and he said because I am a menstuating woman it is ok. I am just worried about the drop from last year to this year. anyone. thanks in advance for your answers.
Perhaps you need more vitamin C to help absorb more iron. Most nuts contain plenty of iron and liver even more. Red meat is a good source of readily absorbable iron and there is also a reasonable amount of iron in bread, cereals and muesli. Oysters and mussels are also rich in iron. Spinach and broccoli contain some iron as well.
