Burdock root is available from a health food store its crunchy and you cook it like carrots. I bought burdock root capsules and brougth mine up from a 7 and feel sooooo much better!!! IN order to get good power out of a 3.0 you need to build a motor with solid performance parts, and a turbo, even then, with a short ram intake, the hp gain may be in the 3,500 to 5,000 rpm range, and you cannot run around town in that rpm range. WE ALL would like an extra 100 horsepower, but the reality is in a small 3 liter engines it takes a fat wallet to do it right. save your money, 500 bucks for a air intake and a performance chip, are just not worth the money, and can cause more problems than they are worth. also 500 bucks, buys a lot of gas too.but, check with your mechanic, I talked to mine, and he told me someonoe else with a vehicle identical to mine, paid 2 hundred bucks for a power chip (supposedly smog legal,) and the first thing it did was pop and engine light, and the computer threw a code. that convinced me, check with your mechanic, good luck

Iron is not the correct blood test to detect or diagnose iron deficiency anemia. The correct blood test is ferritin.
