Does anyone have any ideas of how i can make his bed more comfy?! also im really bored and need something to do :Pthanks!: Well my dog likes to do that too... i figured it out after a while that he had a blanket when he was a new born and it was the same kind of fabric on my bed, meaning the blanket comforted him, so if its not such a bg deal you can out the blanket in the dog bed and he may sleep there after he realizes its comforting

My dog does use his bed, but now that I have the A/C on, he gets up to sleep on the couch in the other room when it gets too cold for him. On the weekends I allow him to sleep in the bed with me. I have a crate for him also, but I don't use it much anymore. He used to sleep in there at night, but only because he needed to be locked up somewhere at the time. Now I only keep if for when i have to move. Having a crate is one of the essential things to own when you have a dog, particularly if you travel/move quite often. Even if you don't, you'll never know when you might need to go somewhere. It's a good investment in my opinion. If you aren't sure about getting a dog bed, go with the crate. Just make sure whatever you put in there for him/her will have enough cushioning to keep your dog comfortable :)
