Q: Ok, SO I have a 75 year old grandpa who has been diagnosed with Iron deficiency, he is getting REAL sick from the iron treatments they have tried to give him, I tried and could not find any cases of body rejecting the iron wich is what the Doc saidI did tho find that Iron OVERDOSE causes sickness which seem very close to what he experiences, and he only feels worse when they try to force Iron in him, wich is making me really wonder. Doc mistake?He is really tired and does take B-12 Shots but he really dont have any other as bad sympthoms UNLESS he takes the iron thats when he cant even walk his bones hurt so bad, but they insist his Iron is low and they have to find a way to give it to him.are they mistakenly overloading him?: Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, irregular heart beats, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores. Add b12 and folic acid for best results. They are giving him iron that is congesting his liver which is why he is feeling sick. Have him switch to a natural iron like floradix and also have him drink a small glass of real orange juice before each meal to help with absorbtion from his food. Floradix comes in liquid or small pills. Yes it is the drs mistake, they should be paying attention to his liver and his pain.which is caused by a congested liver and they know it.

Q: What martial arts teach Iron techniques (i.e. Iron Palm, Iron Shirt, Iron Body, Golden Bell Cover, etc.) and what are ALL of the Iron techniques?: Short Ram is in the engine bay, Cold air is extended out of the engine bay to a spot where it picks up cooler air. Colder air is denser and likely would give greater power increase. I am led to believe the cold air intake has to be modified in wet weather to a ram air style so you don't in jest water when you hit puddle. The typical location for cold air is low in front end so it is open to water intrusion. I run an injen ram air intake and like it. I am not sure if there was any great power increase. It did change the sound. If you are in a state with smog inspections make sure what you buy is smog legal. The injen came with a C.A.R.B. sticker embossed on air intake pipe. I drive a 240sx and enjoy the ride.
