- If you clean it for the first month real good you should be fine and clean it right when you get back. The only thing I'm thinking is that industrial is easily snagged and hit, which is going to cause pain and maybe infection. but if your willing to risk that go ahead. it's not the end of the world if you get an infection you just need to clean it with sea salt :P but it can be annoying, your choice.

- while commuting in Cebu, look for on going construction in the surrounding. take time to get off and ask where they get their scaffoldings, they either fabricated, bought or rented it. from there you know where to start.
- Q: I've had my industrial piercing for almost 5 years now and I was wondering if I was to take it out if it would close up or how long it would take to close. And after I take it out will it be noticeable that it was there.
- If you had it for 5 years it won't close up since its healed up. The holes on mine are pretty small but I have hair covering mine so you can't see it but I've only had mine a little over a month. I do have other piercing that haven't ha anything in for a while and they are not closed like my belly button and I got that done about 7 years now.

- an industrial and a scaffold are the same thing, why would they allow it to one name of it but not the other, and most piercings you have to be 18+ to get, and some you can get at 16, very few you can get any younger than that
- Q: I got it done MONTHS ago and the bar is so tight on it,i have space in it, like i can move the bar up and down..just i cant get it out and its beginning to hurt me if i sleep on the side its on.. advice please?
- Stop sleeping on it and stop trying to pull it out - you're just going to irritate it doing that. If you feel you need new jewelry, go to your piercer. They can help you out.
