In his mouth is a little lantern that absorbs the solar energy from the panels and it turns on at night. Really saves you money, much more than regular electricity. Plan2-Solar charger,battery bank,and DC-AC inverter so it would work 24hrs a day,also several hundred $$. A lot of people are buying gas to run generators for air conditioning, not to fuel vehicles. 2.
