Q: Hello!im about to move out amp; my grandma is giving me her twin bed. my frame can switch from a twin, full, and all the way to a king. would putting my full bed amp; twin bed next to each other make a king?if so, what size sheets do i buy? can i just get regular king size or.....?: Putting a twin and a full size bed together will give you something larger than a king and you'll have a hard time finding sheets that fit. Two twins side by side will give you the width of a king, but will be a bit short on the length. In that scenario, you'd use king size sheets and tuck the extra under the foot of the bed. What I'd suggest that you do would be to leave the full size as it is for your bed and make a daybed or something from the twin. You should be able to find instructions for a basic platform-type frame on any of the do it yourself sites. Set it up against the wall, cover the mattress with a twin size fitted sheet and get a couple of bed pillows and cover them with pillowcases that match the sheet and you'll have extra seating for guests and a place that someone can crash for the night if needed.

Q: I'm always afraid to sleep in my OWN bed now !Idk if these are bed bugs, but i lifted my covers up, and there were these 2 black tiny bugs.. I dont think they were ticks, bc these were smaller than a tick..... But i've also seen one crawl on my pillow. My mom has cleaned my sheets .. but i'm still afraid !!! They can hide in groups anywhere , but usually near where you sleep so that they can feed off your blood at nighttime. You can find them in your mattress or any furniture near your bed, You can spray with an insecticide specially made to kill them ,but it is better to get the pest controller to exterminate them otherwise they will return............

Tanning beds use high amounts of UV lights to tan you and give you quick results. These are the same sort of rays given off by the sun, so you're actually getting as damaged as you would if you were baking yourself in the sun. This can cause freckles, moles, and sometimes cancerous melanoma's. Your best bet is to use a fake tan. Spray tan, mousse tan, lotion tan, tanning gel. There are heaps of types of fake tans that give you a golden glow. I reccomend St Tropez for the best colour, or Palmers for a gradual tan. You'll have the colour and the glow without skin damage and leathery skin.
