- hmm thats interestingare u sure it wasn't a medication causing it? thats what causes minemy theory is that, since heat makes you want to fall asleep, the warm temp made you fall into deeper REM sleep, causing to dream and rememebr iti always hear its better to sleep at a lower temp, but i hate being cold in the winter!

- not a problem in fact probably good for you however having said that it would be best if your doctor referred you to a dietitian to get a really good eating programmehaving had a hiatus hernia which resulted in an ulcerated esophagus and terrible reflux i can feel for you because you are really restricted in what you can eat and drink and when i had mine some 30+ years ago it was more or less a case of hit and miss in other words try and see what happens however these days it is far more understood and help diet wise is available.
