Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription

Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used  different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

Those that have been covered with the gore of what was once their best friend or have seen the pile of little children's arms cut off by the Communist because you vaccinated them the day before tend not to talk about the military at allThey only talk at the VFW with people that know what they are talking about and you just wouldn`t understandThese are the very few 1 in 50 vets.

I call it I love you long time sailor blankie, I bought a black a red micro fibre blankies, my cat took the black one ( same color as him), he kneads bites it to death!
Q: ive just bought some, there great to use but want to kno the history of them
Because of their portability, it is likely these evolved very early onAfter all, weaving in many forms from basketry to warp weighted looms came into being in prehistoric timesSince most Neanderthals were nomadic or semi-nomadic seasonally, it makes sense that a weaving project that could be hand carried and worked on would have come early onSpinning fibers into yarns and using plant fibers began by doing finger and thigh spinning (where the fibers are held stationary in one hand and rolled up or down the legs of a seated person, not easy btw), but it is believed that weighted spindles, even those as simple as a flat rock cross tied with thigh spun yarns were among the earliest spinning devices that would have let travelers spin as they walked.
Q: I want to naturally dye yarn
Safflower (carthamus tinctorius) is a common food and dye plant in many parts of the worldIt bears yellow flowers which contain both yellow and red pigments within the blossomsIt has been used for centuries as a true saffron substitute and adulterantAnother name one sees it referred to is poor man's saffronIt is a useful plant with seeds which are used to produce safflower oil and meal for feeding livestockHowever, as the botanic name tinctorius indicates, it best known as a dye plantTo extract the yellow for coloring food saffron yellow the plant just needs to be steeped in a mildly acidic solution like a soup brothTo dye cloth or fiber yellow, the petals need to soaked in a mild vinegar solutionBobbi McRae in COLORS FROM NATURE recommends a cup of vinegar to a gallon of waterLike madder, heat is the enemy of good color extraction in safflower, so just soak the petals over night in the vinegar water or make a sun tea of everything and let it sit for a few days in the sun.Strain out the petals working them a bit to extract the last of the yellow To obtain the red within the petals wash the last of the yellow out (after the vinegar extraction) with water agitating them a bitStrainThen place the washed petals in fresh water and add some ammonina, or washing soda to create a basic solution as opposed to an acidic oneAgain like madder, a basic solution helps extract the red tones in the plant matterSoak overnight or as a sun teaIf in a rush, you can heat the solution to 150 degrees F, but proceed very cautiouslySafflower seems to like heat even less than madder if you want to extract a nice red tone.
Q: Is there a way to build memory back after near death lead poisoning?
i think the ceramic one is supposed to be better for your hair and not fry it as bad
Q: Best Attic insulation?
Closed cell expanding foam Expensive but there is no air transfer and its performance doesn't go down in high humid conditions like fiberglass and cellulose doFully water proof at 2 inchesUsually no air leaks that are the problems of all other types of installs.
Q: i have stomach bloating for over 12 years now what can be the reason for this is this because of gas or some other reason .
What is normal amps? What is amp or watt rating of pump? Do you know HP rating? Look/test for obviousTurn off power to pump and remove fuses/breakerCheck resistance from one lead (red) to the other (black)Now check from one lead to ground and the other lead to groundShould have same resistance from ground to each lead.
Q: I'd like to crochet some caplets for my senior friends and family for warmth in winter and airconditioning in summerI wonder what is the best yarn for warmth and comfort
Sure you canIt's oven-safe.
Q: I want to make my home as energy efficient as possible, But I am not going to replace my leaded glass windows with storm widows, or my siding on my homeI am redoing the interior of my home, and will be adding some insulation, the blown in cellulose, has settled in the walls and the top half is not insulated wellSO, do I add a vapor barrier on the inside of the wall after the insulation, or do I not worry about itThis remodel involves three rooms on my main level at this timeI will work on the rest of the home later as time and $$ allow, but want to do this right the first timeThanks for any insight/thoughts that you might have.

Q: I'm finishing my basement and have started insulating framed walls with Kraft-faced fiberglass insulationFor smaller stud spacings, I'm slicing the insulation lengthwiseThis leaves me with a flange on one side and none on the other.I have a building permit for this, and the inspector is a sticklerAny reason he might object to me duct taping the flangeless edges to the adjacent framing member? Other suggestions welcome as well.
in case you may tease an end out of it so which you would be able to clip off an inch or so, do thisTake a non-flammable container, like an previous ashtray, and a tournament, and 2 kitchen tongscarry the scrap of yarn interior the tongs, and, keeping it over the ashtray, easy one end of it with the tournamentIf it melts right into a hard little ball it quite is acryllic and can't be dyed at residing houseIf it smells like burnt hair and the ash is crumbly, it quite is an animal fiber and could be effectively dyed at residing houseIf it smells like burnt paper and is a crumbly ash it quite is a plant fiber and could be dyed at residing house as long as your dye shows it is going to do cotton or rayonAs for dyeing in basic terms one portion of, it quite is trickierit quite is confusing to dye only one shade of a undertaking like this, yet overdyeing the entire element is availablebasically remember your elementary shade information from kindergarten, yellow plus white is yellow, plus purple will possibly be peachy orange, plus blue would be some style of green.
