Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription
Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.
There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).
1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.
2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.
3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.
Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.
Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.
Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

- I wouldn't freeze it with the cream cheese frosting on itWhen cream cheese is frozen, it breaks it down, causing it to crumble and lose it's taste.
- Q: I feel like I am running out of optionsThe high fiber o's I bought taste like dog food, she won't eat prunes or raisinsThe gnu bars from trader joe's are disgusting to herWhat can I offer my 7 year old that she will enjoy and that will be good for her digestive systemShe is in pain when she goes to the bathroom and bleeds at times with bowel movementsHelp me!
- My aluminum quad rims I never even had to sandI just cleaned them up and then polished them with mothers aluminum polish.
- Q: I have recently gotten back into yarn crafts after several years, but I was only a novice when I started outI know a bit about the different types of fibers, what different yarn weights can and should be used for and how these things can effect the outcome of my projectsWhat I can't figure out, however, is why I might want to spin my own yarn? I know that several people who knit own drop spindles and make their own yarn, but as a crocheter I'm not sure I see the pointIt's something cool you can do, I guess, but there has to be some legitimate reason that so many people would pick up the skill of spinning other than 'just because'.
- If I were you, I'd listen to ranb40, and forget about anything involving 'taters, coke bottles or failing to go through the BATFE Why would you need to silence a .32, anyway? They're not all that loud to begin with Oh, and it's you(pronoun), not u(letter of the alphabet)And you could trouble yourself to capitalize the first letter in the first word of the sentenceSuch corrections would make your question much less painful to read.
- Q: This question was raised by MIKU HAUONE I felt the answer by LJC was the best answerIn my situation I have discovered there is no insulation in the wall, just around the heat registers and in the atticThe house was built in the 1950s, we thought it was insulatedI don’t think this happened last winterTwo things different, a humidifier that works (mounted on the furnace), we painted the exteriorI don’t believe there is a vapor barrier etherThe roof was new 3 years ago and no signs of a leak, vented at the eves, ridge and has three roof ventsIn the basement all the wall stud spaces have insulation stuffed up into them resting on the sillThe one wall I washed with soap and water, removing the mold and drying itIt has remained dryAnother factor is, we live in southwest MI and we’ve had a bad rain storm and several bad snow stormsThe house is 35’ long and 24’ wide the long side faces north on the front and south on the backSo, any other ideas?
- You say that there is no insulation in that wallFeel itIt is probably really coldThis is where the warm moist air on the inside of the house will condenseIt is amazing how much water can come out of a persons breathI noticed the same thing in my bedroom closetIt got worse when I switched away from incandescent bulbsYou might want to get a closet dehumidifierI like the convenience of theseThe one that comes with a hanger is great for the spot on the rack right next to the wall that seems to get dampSmall investment for saving a ruined jacket.
- Q: I'm trying to go on a high fiber diet what are some foods that contain a lot of fiber?
- High fiber food ideas :) ~ Fruits/berries like pear, raspberries, apple, blueberries, strawberries, etc ~ Vegetables like broccoli, green beans, kale, spinach, cauliflower, carrot, swiss chard, etc ~ Sweet potato ~ Beans like chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans, lentils, mixed beans, etc ~ Nuts like almonds, walnuts, seeds, nut butter like almond or peanut butter ~ Whole grain bread, whole grain pasta or brown rice pasta, brown/wild rice, quinoa, etc ~ Flax seed, ground flax seed ~ High fiber cereals, like bran cereals such as raisin bran ~ Oatmeal I hope this helps :)
- Q: My home doesn't have any insulation in the attic or wallsIf I only add insulation in the attic, how much of a difference in terms of temperature should I expect in the summer and winter?
- Yahoo employees Lou and Annie promise that they are not taking a coffee break when you see that messageIt means that they are doing maintenance on the siteWhich causes disruptions and messes up some questionsSomeone else said it only happens when he says something in favor of Joe BidenRead more by clicking on Forum at the left side of the Home PageWhen Lou and Annie respond, a purple Y appears next to the suggestion.
- Q: I've got a bit of glow in the dark yarn from a thrift storeMy idea is incorporate it into a quilt but can you tell me please, does this continue to glow in the dark after repeated washings?Appreciate your answersIf you know about fabric that is glow in the dark I would like to know if it holds up after many washings too.
- The thread I was given to use does still glow; about three years after I used it to quilt a boys single bed quiltUnfortunately I can't tell you the brand as it was left over from a long-arm quilter who was retiringand it was three years ago ;-) The thread doesn't glow as well as it did, but neither do the glow-in-the-dark stars, moons and planets on the fabricIn fact, the thread has held up better glow-wise than the printed fabricThe quilt has been washed normally; warm wash, fast spin and either line or tumble driedRemember that the glow has to be re-charged, or re-activated, by lighteither the sun or artificial lightIf the glow-in-the-dark is kept in a dim room, it won't glowI don't feel you'd lose anything by using itafter all you have to quilt the top, and what harm if it stops glowing after a while? Try it, and enjoy the glow as long as it lastsYou might find yours still glowing in ten years time! Who knows? Good luck :-)
