FAQ
Q1: How do you control the products quality?
A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.
From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.
Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?
A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks, 10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.
Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
A3: Yes, but only for some countries such as U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.
Q4: What is the minimum quantity?

- Q: I've noticed the past few days, that I have had to pee a bit moreAnd after I go, I have to go again with an hourWhen I do go, I don't go my usual amountIt doesn't sting when I pee at all, but I have had cramps down there (not my period), I also have stomach discomfortThat could be because I haven't gone 2 in the past 4 daysMy pee isn't red, it only sort of smells bad, like it always doesI also haven't been drinking enoughBut when I do drink water, I gulp down half the bottleI'm scared, and I want to make sure I don't have oneI don't want to risk it! I can't go to the doctors unless I'm sure I have one.
- From what you've described, I wouldn't think you have an infection at allInstead of drinking large amounts of water at one time, it will do your body more good if you drink water throughout the dayIf you're having constipation, water will help with this, as will a better diet that includes both soluble and insoluble fiberGoogle sources of both, they're in the cereal aisle and produce section of your market Another thing your GI tract needs is regular exerciseAny activity, a half-hour walk everyday, will help stimulate peristalsisGoogle that too.
- Q: I bought a new mare about 2 weeks agoShe has like 0 winter coat, i mean her coat after two weeks of increasingly cold temps is about the same was what my old mares was in the middle of summerI need to blanket her because where i live it gets below zero with the wind chill a few times a year, and today, in the middle of october, it was a high of 36 with the windchillSo she needs blanketed but idk what kind to get herShe is a 16h 13yr old thoroughbred mare who is on pasture all day and in the stall at nightThe average in my area for the winter is below freezing but it usually stays above 0would I want heavy weight or medium weight? I have never blanketed a horse before so any more info would be great!
- I found the book to be very informative and easy to readI've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quicklyI will admit I haven't followed the guide exactlyI'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd loseSo thanks again for the informationI've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surpriseGet started today!
- Q: I have a 21 year old gelding that's in good conditionHe has doesn't have complete access to hay all day, only in the morning and around 5:00-9:00 (usually depends how fast he eats itHe has shelter available all dayLives outside no matter what weatherI ride him a lot as long as there's no ice, and he usually comes back sweatyI live in Iowa and we usually get lots of snow, cold, and windSo I was wondering what type of blanket to get himAlso any good websites to order fromThanks
- I also like Schneider's and DoverState Line Tack is also goodSchneider's print catalogue contains a chart that shows you the appropriate temperature range for each weight of blanketIf he has a good winter coat and a shelter, he won't really need a blanket except, as you suggest, when he's potentially going to get chilled A weather proof and water-resistant outer layer is crucial, no matter the weightThe weight of the blanket needed varies with temperatureI have two winter weights, depending on temperature and wind chill(Too heavy and they will sweat under the blanket, which is also a problem) If you are only blanketing the horse for a few hours when he is ridden and still a little wet, I'd go with a ligher and very breathable blanket that you can pull off entirely once he's all the way dryIf he's been body-clipped or something and needs a blanket most of the time, then you will probably need to get at least two, one for the coldest weather and one for milder days (and no blanket at all on the sunny, warm days!)
- Q: Bananas are they high in fiber??
- I saw one at local hair salon that was pretty much the same thing as the Chi, except it was a generic brand so it was only like $50.
- Q: OK, so I just discovered that the recommended daily intake of fiber is only 25 gramsI get around 80 grams without even tryingIf you eat the recommended servings of fruits and veggies, ignoring even whole grains and legumes, it's pretty easy to get that amountIf you're eating enough produce, are fiber supplements really necessary? Like, is there a medical condition where, even if you do eat the recommended servings of produce, that you STILL need to take supplements? Or is the whole fiber supplement industry a sham?

- Q: How is the ceramic fiber cotton performance?
- Raw materials such as the calcined fireclay of high purity, alumina powder, silica powder, chrome sand are fused with high temperature in industrial electric furnace and fluid is formed. Then using air compression injection or thread throwing machine to make fiber, ceramic fiber cotton is formed through cotton collecting of condenser. Fiber cotton can be further processed into fiber blanket, board, paper, cloth, rope and other products. Ceramic fiber is a kind of efficient thermal insulation material, characterized by light weight, high strength, oxidation resistance, low thermal conductivity, good flexibility, corrosion resistant, small heat capacity and sound insulation, etc.
- Q: I am sure we've all seen the no sew fleece throw blankets, well I got this fun idea to use that method to make dog beds as a fundraiser for my local animal shelterThe problem is I am not a sewerI am very much a beginner in the fabric worldI want to make 26 inch, 36 inch, and 46 inch bedsI know I will need to cut 2 inches deep to create my fringe to finish the edgesCan anyone tell me how much fabric I need to buy for each size? and please nothing rude or wrong lol this is going to a good causeThanks in advance!
