There is sewage water in my basement no locks, no heat, no smoke detectors, the floor is leaking into the basement and yet they want there money. Are they eligible to get the past rent due from us even though the house should be condemned until these issues are fixed I mean it is serious health concerns to my two small children?
- i use the 7.8 pushrods in my engine and i installed a 495 lift cam. No problems yet and it has been 5 years since my build. But i also use 1.6 ratio roller rockers for even more lift. Any more questions? good luck.

However he was going to be a stud dog and he has a Aggression Problem and has doveloped a overbite out of standards. We are going to get him altured at 8 months, but getting rid of him is not a opion. We have had females together and they have done fine, had a male and female and also did fine, but 2 males would be new to uswhat do you think. - Yeah, it should fit. A friend of mine used an FMF and Pro Circuit combo on his 01 RM 125. All those parts should be standarized to factory specks anyways, the fittings I mean.
- Q: For some reason he keeps waking up in the middle of the night. He never did it before and he doesn't do it when he's having a sleep-over at Grandma's house. He will go to sleep anywhere between 10-11 and be back up at 4 wanting to play. At first I thought he was going through a growth spurt and was hungry, but he never eats when he gets up. My hair is starting to fall out and my house is a wreck. I'm SO tired during the day that I don't feel like doing anything. What do you do when your 14-16 month old wakes up at 4am ready to face the day and play?
- Use copper with diletric fittings and insulate them, and you'll never have a problem. Yes it will be expensive but it will be done once and done right. CPVC is good too as it's cheap, easy, and they'll never corrode. PEX or Shark Bite is even easier and may even be better than CPVC as you won't have to deal with messy adhesives and can be done in half the time.
- Q: Basically when my alarm goes off, I wake up in a haze, but am not aware enough to know I have to actually GET UP and go to work.Anyone have any tricks for actually getting up when the alarm goes off?
- Synthetic resins are materials with similar properties to natural resins—viscous liquids capable of hardening. They are typically manufactured by esterification or soaping of organic compounds. The classic variety is epoxy resin, manufactured through polymerization-polyaddition or polycondensation reactions, used as a thermoset polymer for adhesives and composites. Epoxy resin is two times stronger than concrete, seamless and waterproof. As such it has been mainly in use for industrial flooring purposes since the 1960s. Since 2000, however, epoxy and polyurethane resins are used in interiors as well, mainly in Western Europe. One more category, which constitutes 75% of resins used, is unsaturated polyester resin. Ion exchange resin is another important class with application in water purification and catalysis of organic reactions. See also AT-10 Resin, melamine resin. Another synthetic polymer is also sometimes called by the same suffix, acetal resin. By contrast with the other synthetics, however, it has a simple chain structure with the repeat unit of form -[CH2O]-.
- Q: how far away you can park away from a fire hydrant?
- Brush some flux on the joints (fittings) first. Flux is an acid that etches the surface so the solder will stick.
- Q: What are the sealing ways of pipe joints? Thank you
- Pipe joint seal: thread seal, cone seal, end face seal. There are several kinds of thread seal:Hemp - thick lacquer, this is the most traditional.
- Q: Is the safety gear like insulating gloves and sleeves for high voltage hot direct current work the same as for high voltage hot ac electrical work or different?
- I'm not a huge fan of sharkbite fittings especially in an enclosed place where they could leak without anyone noticing for a while. However, I can't see anything wrong with the setup you have. Yes of course brass is more expensive than plastic and better. Seems like maybe your handyman wants you to think he is smarter than he really is. I would suggest adding a wood block between the studs behind the valve and attaching the valve to it with plumbers strap. that way it cant wiggle around with use and cause leaks later.
- Q: How many bonding methods are there in the belt joint?
- Under normal circumstances, belt joints have mechanical joints, cold sticky joints, heat vulcanizing joints and other commonly used methods.1. mechanical joints, a refers to the use of belt buckle joint, the joint method is convenient and convenient, more economic, if in the process of using belt is damaged, you want to replace the new belt, the belt buckle joint easy to replace, but joint of low efficiency, easy to damage, has a certain effect on the conveyor belt and the service life of the product.
- Q: I'm looking for a new car for winter and summer in Colorado because I'm tired of having two cars. I'm looking for a nice coupe, looking at mostly a Mercedes, BMW or Audi. But it seems like the cars I really like are usually RWD! I've heard that those aren't good in winter so I need to find a AWD or FWD. but really, most sporty cars are RWD! Except for a Porsche 911 or more expensive cars. I don't want to go over 50k.
