Q: How long is the duration of fire resistance of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks?
The compressive strength of the autoclaved flyash-lime bricks is generally higher, which can reach 20MPa or 15MPa, at least 10MPa, and it can withstand the 15 freeze-thaw cycles. Besides, fly ash brick is a kind of potential active hydraulic material. In the humid environment, it can continue to produce hydration reaction and make the internal structure of the brick is more dense, which is conducive to improvement of the strength. It is found in experiments and many investigations that sample some carbide which is used for foundation, plinth and drains, after one or twenty years of freezing thawing and wetting drying, some bricks have been completely carbonized, but strength is not reduced, increased instead. This is one of the merit of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks.
Q: What are included in wall fireproofing material?
Wall fireproofing materials include dry wall and gypsum block. Dry wall is made into board material through process by using building plaster as main material, adding an appropriate amount of additive and fiber to make board core and using tailor-made board paper as protection surface. Dry wall ia characterized by light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, strong processing performance and easy construction method. Gupsum block is lightweight building plaster product made by using building plaster as main raw material, adding water, stirring, moulding by casting and drying. Fiber reinforced material or lightweight?aggregate are allowed to add during the production and foaming?agent can also be added. It is soundproof, fireproof, convenient to construct and many other advantages. It is a kind of new wall material with low carbon, environmental protection, health and in line with the development requirements of the times.
Q: What are the standards of refractory concrete ?
Heat-resistant concrete refers to the kind of concrete which remain undamaged, do not lose the necessary bearing capacity at 200 ~ 1300 ℃ high temperature for long term, and still maintain its physical and mechanical properties.
Q: Who can introduce the difference between galvanized fireproof?coatings and steel structure fireproof materials?
There is no difference between them because they are the coating with the same texture. But generally galvanized treatment is not necessarily needed for brushing fireproof coating. Fireproof coating and galvanized surface have relatively poor bond strength. So it is advisable to bursh trasitional lacquer or micaceous iron on galvanized surface.
Q: How to choose refractory material
Refractory fiber according to different raw materials, there are aluminum silicate, quartz, alumina and graphite, refractory fiber. Commonly used aluminosilicate refractory glass fiber is amorphous, including ordinary aluminum silicate fiber, high-purity aluminum silicate fiber, chromium silicate fiber, long-term use temperature of 1000-1200 degrees.
Q: Who can introduce the external wall thermal insulation materials fire rating regulations?
According to public fire-fighting [2007] No. 182, the contents of the notification on the implementation of a number of issues of national standards GB8624-2006 "building materials and products combustion performance classification", since there is large differences between the new version of the standard GB8624-2006 and the old version of GB8624-1997 in the principle, hierarchical structure and test methods. According to the cintent of notification, in order to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new standards, the current national standard "Fireproof? Specification of Building Interior Decoration?Design" GB50222, "fire?safety?rules of tall civil buildings design" GB50045, "Fireproof? Specification of Building Design" GB50016 have not completed the relevant amendments, the new classification method of GB8624-1997 and GB8624-2006 can be used for temporary reference in terms of combustion performance of materials . From GB8624-2006 standard implementation, the classification of combustion performance is too granular, which do not match to the actual construction of the current project in our country. Therefore, the relevant departments carry on the 3rd amendment for the GB8624-2006 standards, namely GB8624-2012, and it will be released on December 31, 2012 and implemented on October 1, 2013. The combustion grading requirements in the standard: Level A is non-combustible materials (products); level B1 is nonflammable material (products); level B2 is combustible materials (products); level B3 is flammable materials (products).
Q: What's the difference of fire-resistant material's density, specific gravity and bulk specific gravity?
It usually used to test lightweight refractory. Density can be divided into apparent density (usually called as density) and true density: apparent density includes blow hole inside the sample; Unit weight is using quality to divide volume of sample and specific weight is used to represent liquid.
Q: What are the chemical composition of refractory cement?
Calcium aluminate prepared by calcining as the main component. Aluminate cement takes bauxite and limestone as raw materials, alumina content of about 50% as the clinker. And it is a hydraulic cementing material made by grinding. Refractory cement is also known as aluminate cement.
Q: What types does refractory floor include?
There are many types refractory bricks, including silicon aluminum refractory brick, the leading product in refractory bricks. And its high temperature resistance can reach up to 600 degree centigrade or more, so it is an excellent refractory brick. And this high-alumina refractory brick is very suitable for metal industry for its strong practicability. Another one is alkaline series refractory brick, including magnesite refractory brick, and these two bricks are good materials resistant to high temperature.
Q: Classification of porosities in refractories and their effects on properties
The first two types of stomata are commonly examined, known as apparent porosity.
