- Q: Can anyone tell me what material the first rate fire resistant door is?
- Material of Class A fire doors mainly are steel, wood, steel and wood, and other materials. Fire door is one of the measures of the building fire separation, usually used on the firewall, entrance and exit of staircase or tube well openings, which is required to hane the abilities of smoke insulation and fire insulation. Fire door plays an important role in prevention of the spread of smoke and fire and the reduction of fire loss. Therefore, we must have strict requirements. Fire doors are divided into class A, class B and class C, whose properties of fire-resistant thermal insulation and fire-resistant integrity should be no less than the following values: Class A should be1.50h; class B should be1.0h; Class C should be 0.5h. - stipulations in article 4.5.1.2 in "The New Standard of Fire Doors" GB12955-2008. I hope my answer can help you. Thank you.

- Q: What are the differences and connections between softening temperature of the refractory under a fixed load and thermal resistant creep property of the refractory?
- The result of refractoriness under load is temperature while the result of creep is percentage of deformation. Refractoriness under load and creep can be tested by an instrument. Refractoriness under load reflects the temperature in which the deformation reaches a certain degree under the condition of load. Creep reflects the deformation refractory has under the condition of constant temperature and load. Both refractoriness under load and creep are important criterion for the operating temperature of refractory.
- Q: What high-molecular polymers can be used as fire-resistant material binder?
- Melamine resin should be compounded with fire-resistant material and acrylic acid material is easy to burn. But high-molecular polymers can be used along with the above two. Polysulfone is featured by heat resistance and high temperature resistance. Polyurethane is difficult to process and compound with fire-resistant material. Phenolic resin is not easy to burn. Epoxy is expensive and self-extinguishing once away from fire.
- Q: What is the appropiate thickness if fire resistant time for ultra thin steel structure coating is 2.5 hours?
- A level fire resistant steel structure building steel column cannot be constructed with super thin steel structure fire retardant coating, because the ultra thin steel structure fire retardant limit is less than 3 hours. Thin fire retardant coating for steel structure is water borne fireproof coatings painted on the surface of steel structure. It will form carbonized fireproof heat insulation protective layer to insulate oxygen and delay the speed of heating steel structure when it catches on fire, avioding the rapid temperature rise of steel structure and increasing its fire resistant limit. Fire resistance performance: The 2mm coating ≥ 60min, 3mm 100min.
- Q: What are the application of old refractory bricks?
- It can still be used as refractory bricks or refractory. The quality of auxiliary material is not as good as bauxite.
- Q: What are the types of steel refractory materials
- Large steel ladle usually made with magnesia carbon brick, of course, it contains a intermediate layer (such as good a little high alumina castable), heat insulation layer and heat preservative materials Alumina-magnesia castable is OK for small steel ladle
- Q: What are the materials of class A fire resistant window?
- Environmentally friendily, non-poisoned non-peculiar smell, non-radioactive; non-combustible, fireproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant; easy to operate, lightweight, high strength, themal insulation, sound insulation; able to be cut, planed, sawed and carved. It also meets GB8624 -2006A1 level non-combustible standards. Lightweight, high strength, anti-aging, corrosion resistance; meeting the GB / T20285-2006 Opium (AQ1) safety and environmentally friendly products; Foamed fire door core board specifications: 2100 × 900 × (26 ~ 65) mm; 2050 × 850 × (26-65), and many other specifications. I hope my answer can help you.
- Q: It the Special Fire-Proof Material belonged to ceramics? Is there a national standard of the Special Fire-Proof Material?
- The fiber and reinforcing material of the metal ceramic is also belonged to the Special Fire-Proof Material. ~~~~GB is too much trouble, GB online should ~~~ Lei Bao Refractories for you. The high temperature inorganic coating. 5. The refractory compound. 3. The high melting point oxide. You can search it on the internet according to the classification~~~~ The special refractories can be divided into five categories: 1. metal ceramic
- Q: What's the fire resistance rating of the exterior fire?retardant?coating?
- Current fireproofing material is mainly classified into five grades: A class: Incombustible building material which is almost incombustible. A1 class: It is noncombustible and cann't cause open fire. A2 class: It is noncombustible but needs to measure the smoke it will cause and that should be qualified. B1 class: Flame-retardant building materials: Good in fire retardation, it is non-combustible when meeting open fire in the air or under high temperature, and it is difficult for the fire to spread quickly. Besides, when the fire source is removed, combustion stops immediately. B2 class: Combustible building material: It has certain fire retardation. In the case of open fire in the air or at high temperature, it will immediately burst into flames, and easily lead to the spread of fire, such as the spread to wooden pillars, timber roof truss, timber beams, wood stairs, etc. B3 class: Flammable building material has no fire retardation effect at all. It is highly combustible with big fire risk. Besides, the classifications of fire resistance rating of building materials are different according to different standards: dDIN4102: A1, A2, B1, B2, B3; x0dEN13501-1: A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F. Hope it helps.
