- Q: What's the difference between vacuum dust collector and ordinary vacuum cleaner?
- Vacuum cleaners are expensive, expensive, noisy, sweeping machines cheap, power saving, noise less, some vacuum cleaners also have roller brush, there are two kinds of pneumatic roller brush and electric roller brush, I developed vacuum cleaners
- Q: And why is it that once you've run out of bags, you can never find the ones for your vacuum at the store?(Anyone who uses the word suck in their answer will not get 10 points.)
- It is part of the disposable plan in our shaky economy. Nothing is made to last. I have given up on regular vacuum cleaners because the belts constantly break and, of course, your problem...noone carried the bags. Also, if you have a vacuum with a filter, they dont carry the filter either. I have gone 100% to a shop vac. These devils almost never cave in and it appears that you can always get the parts. They vacuum better too.
- Q: I want to clean my carpet with one of those foam spray cleaners, but I have a bagless vacuum. I know they use to have a disclosure of quot;not for use with bagless vacuumsquot;. Is this still true?
- Yes, I think that is still true.
- Q: vacuum cleanerspetrolbakeriesmmmmm
- garlic and that sorta chlorine smell of an indoor pool.
- Q: This questions is about a nephew. He is 5. I have 3 children ages 5,3 and 18 mo and the two older ones have never seemed to know so much about 1 toipic and talk so much about it. Is this typical or abit on the autistic specrum of my nephew. He's been like this about vacums since he was about 4.
- It can be very normal depending on the child and the situation if that is what they hear about that is what they'll know. Also the child may just like something and want to learn about it. Who knows your child might grow up to be very proficient in that kind of stuff.
- Q: how many brands are there except Shark navigator?have u tried them? are they really easy?
- The okorder /... I believe that Hoover originated the lift off design a few years ago. I've not used this one, but I have seen it kicking around warehouse retailers when was first released. To be honest, I think that the lift off canister design is far more hype than actually useful - regardless of the brand name. The theory of a smaller, portable vacuum is good, no doubt, but having to carry/hold the vacuum in one hand while you operate it with the other kind of defeats the purpose.
- Q: Hello! I was wondering if Vacuum cleaners get rid of germs. I mean, when I think about it, doesn't it probably suck all the germs up? Perhaps it may not kill germs, but it at least gets rid of them on a particular surface(like the carpet.)And if they don't get rid of germs, than how can I get rid of germs on the carpet? I know that Steam Cleaning and shampooing the carpet are good measures, but I don't want to do that on like a weekly basis. I am looking for something that can get rid of germs at least once a week.
- a vacuum will suck up things like dust mites and other irritants. but if you are thinking about germs then no. the best defense for germs is basic soap and water. but you are right. who wants to wash their carpet every week. also it isn't good for your carpet unless you live in the south and it is summer. that way it will dry completely in just a few hours. there are a few things that come to mind here. you can use a typical disinfecting spray like lysol. or you can use a damp mop and go over the carpet. that also helps with allergens. over all there really isn't much germs in carpet. sun light kills alot of germs. and if you are truly worried about it. then wood floors are always nice.
- Q: I heard it spins around in there at 9 times the speed of sound, that being true how is it possible to see a recently sucked up ant able to crawl around pretty happily in the bit where you can see all the dust? Serious answers only please.
- yes they can survive, and so can spiders..I vacuumed one up and I was shocked to see this thing moving around,,I didn't want it to hatch eggs so I emptied it and threw out the bag
- Q: We know that black holes do not suck up everything in the universe; you have to cross the event horizon before you get sucked in forever. Does this make black holes comparable with vacuum cleaners? After all, vacuum cleaners do have a finite effective radius themselves
- interesting analogy! it would seem that most galaxies are pretty much in balance with their central black holes. Sure, it just keeps eating away at the core, but it seems we still have several billions of years left to us. Could get dicey when Andromeda comes to call. The Battle of the Black Holes?
- Q: I need your help! I have had over 6 diffrent vacuums. The first one was great but heavy and old. It was a GE but now the old thing has broken down. So I have tried to get the light weight ones, the cordless ones, even ones with all these kits with them, but they are all worthless. Either they break or all too delecate or too big. I NEED ONE THAT IS BAGLESS, HAS GOOD SUCTION, SMALL THAT WILL FIT UNDER BEDS AND TABLES, GOOD WITH CAT HAIRS AND MAYBE INCLUDE A HOSE TOO. Please help. Give me a store name and a URL of the vacuum. Thanks.
- Bagless vacums do not work. I have this thing about dirt myself. I use the Kenmore Pogressive / True Hepa. It is a canister vacum which at first I was not crazy about but after getting used to pulling it around I love it. The suction is great. I vacum my whole house with it once a week. I was surprised to see how much I really get out of my house when I change the bag. My house does not even get as dusty as it would if I swept the floor. I have had bagless before and this vacum for $350.00 is great!!!! Now there are the one's that cost $1500 to $1800 or more that work but you still need to clean out the parts to keep it working properly. Bagless vacums have filters too that wind up leaking. If you have the room wet-vacs are probably the best vacum on the planet. But everything needs to be cleaned in order to work properly and last. I like my Kenmore because I can throw the bag away and I rinse out the inside filter a few times to make it last and I get wonderful results with it. I bought it a Sears.
