I am sure that the state has a licensing curriculum and authorized course providers. If you are studying to begin investment, there have been thousands of books written on the subject. Your area may have a Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) chapter and teaching is a large part of what they do. No doubt your local library has a plethora of information on the subject.
