Q:I have a 2004 Chevy Malibu, and the suspension usually lowers the car when I park and stuff but it seems to not be working anymore after I got new struts and an alignment done. The front end just stays up and hasnt gone down since. What could be the problem?

the struts are most likely not the same as the OEM struts the car came with then. The suspension system wil not work as designed as a result.

I know this isn't the answer you want. Its all about what you want. Are you looking for form over function? Function over form? Are you looking for racing springs? Do you want to win Hellaflush? You need to look at parts for what you want then read reviews on them. Price is a factor too. The most expensive isn't necessarily what will be best for your application. The cheapest most likely won't be the most durable.

could be a sway bar link. could be many things Tire pressure Strut failing Coil spring broken strut mount is rusting and bending Lower control arm is bent Lower control arm bushing is worn Wheel bearing is toast (breaking) Spindle could be bent list goes on and on we need more information

It really depends on which Jeep you are referring to, and what sort of tires and shocks you've got on it. But traditionally, Jeeps have been made for rugged usage, not for comfort.
