WK series excavators are used for open-pit mines. They have been developed through a combination of years of successful experience in the manufacturing of mining shovels and the adoption of advanced technology in design, processing, and manufacturing from home and abroad. They are suitable both for stripping and excavating open-pit coal mines, iron mines and ferro-metal mines.
Our WK series excavators feature such state-of-the-art technology as three-dimensional imitation and definite circle analysis. They perform well and can be used effectively according to users’ requirements in combination with various haul trucks and crush stations for higher loading and lower production costs.
Our excavators’ electric system uses a rectifier/regeneration communal DC bus-bar and variable frequency speed adjustment system. The electric control, with PLC at its core, is a 3-stage system of up-position monitoring, field bus and frequency variable speed control. It causes not disturbance to the power grid, allowing a wider range of power voltage fluctuation and high power factor. The system is loaded with software to optimize the dig/cut curve and automatically optimize the hoist and dig power distribution. The system automatically troubleshoots, displays status, and calculates electric power. This system has the advantages of state-of-the-art technology, reliable operation, high transmission efficiency and low power consumption. Our WK-75 excavators are designed to be used in combination with mining trucks with a capacity over 363MT, and mobile crusher stations with a capacity over 9000t/h.
Technical characteristics:
• Gear-rack crowding, powerful penetration, highly efficient;
• Gear transmission uses gears of high hardness surface for durability;
• Uses a planet reducer for the swing and propel mechanism;
• Propel has a high hand drive for added durability;
• Air release spring disk brakes.

- Q:Use of excavators
- (5) replacement of the devices can be poured, weight, installation, piling, rammed earth etc..
- Q:Just looking for a good long list so I can organize an itemized bid to compare to the general contractor's base s.f. price. Be as inclusive as you can.Thanks guys.
- Well, you need: architect electrician carpenter plumber surveyor painter floor installer, carpet, tile, stone, etc drywall installer/ finisher roofer Plus all of the inspections needed, state, city, county, any needed for insurance purposes. Depending on the style and your requests, there can be many, many other specialty contractors as well.
- Q:I'm still in highschool but I can do an apprenticeship program to help me.
- Joining the Job Core for heavy machinery operating can give you training and job placement and housing and some Grant money to get by on wile your in Trade Schooling for operating machinery. Other then that you pretty much need a Referral from some one that knows some owners of construction companies and can get you started. Some Jobs last for a long time and other are short and time between jobs are some times long. There is a machinery Operators union and they have there own training school and on the job training.
- Q:Is there any excavator buckets, which could be adjusting without taken down?
- what do you mean buy adjusting if you mean like maintaining the buckets teeth then most of them just keep the teeth of the ground but that is the only adjusting I have ever had to do with any of the machines I use when I am working part time as a heavy equipment operator for the family buisness you have to be specific when you say adjusting
- Q:I see people from time to time claim that WTC leaseholder Larry Silverstein admitted that building 7 was pulled down by a controlled demolition on national TV. This seems stupid beyond words. Is there any truth to this claim?
- Mark F has done such a fine job answering this crazy accusation by conspiracy nuts that I was not going to add anything. But a commentator made the observation to the accusation that Mr Silverstein said 'Pull it' meaning bring down the building, saying; 'if Silverstein meant 'pull down the building', who was he saying that to? the person he said that to would have to be a conspirator as well. You are then with conspirators everywhere, in the NYPD, the New York Fire Fighters, the Media, everywhere'.
- Q:Excavator first originated in that country?
- From the early twentieth Century to the late 40s, excavators entered the stage of diversification of power and walking gear. In 1910, there was the first motor driven single bucket excavator. In 1912, there was a full rotary single bucket excavator driven by gasoline engines and kerosene engines. In 1916, a single bucket excavator driven by diesel generators was produced
- Q:How many hours does the excavator usually last?
- Look at the life of the maintenance, the service life of various excavators will have a fixed range, for example, an excavator to dig the mountain, mining, heavy work, so no matter what brand is probably in 7 years would be scrapped, the so-called good quality that is nonsense, and good times, were at most for a year, so buy excavator want to make money do not buy luxury brands such as excavators, Carter Komatsu, and can choose the price at the end, practical such as Liugong, you can receive the cost within three years, and four years can be earned a Carter about one million to what time to recover the cost?
- Q:Has anyone tried the excavator substrate? I'm thinking about trying it with my bearded dragons....?
- Dont use it dude. It has a ton of chemicals in it that could harm your BD.
- Q:I need a trailer for a CAT 307 Hydraulic Excavator. The equipment is 18'8quot; long but the only trailers I can find are rated for 15,000 lbs but the equipment weighs 15,598 lb. What kind of trailer would fit these needs?Is it safe to load the trailer over the 15,598 gvwr?Also I would prefer regular style ball trailer or pintle hitch trailer. Rather not go for the gooseneck trailer but if i have to i will.
- Hi as this is really a 7 ton unit which normally has to sit on a low loader a normal trailer will not do the job it needs to go on a flat bed articulated trailer.as it exceeds the normal trailer weight. exceed this and the police will pull you over and the trailer and vehicle towing it would be impounded as being illegal. VOSN will take it off you as it is an irregular weight to be on a trailer with a ball hitch or clasp hitch.
- Q:obviously, i can't really get a yes or no answer on this,but what i'm actually looking for is, what proof is there that the trojan war could have possibly happened?so far i've got- Parry's experiment in regards to how the story was passed down- Ancient Historians (herodotus, [he spoke about wife stealing])- Archaeological evidence (they found a possible site of Troy)- I NEED MORE!!!!!! any other ideas, even if they are just your own stupid theories)
- Troy really existed...But it was actually, in Britain. When the Dorians and Ionians went from northwest Europe to Greece, they carried the tale of the Trojan war with them. This is the subject of a book called 'Where Troy Once Stood.' Some of the ideas of such accounts are: The current ruins of Troy are very small; hardly big enough to be the stuff of a great war. The sea is described as ''wine-red' in the Greek tales, and has tides--something you'd find in the Atlantic, not the Mediterranean. And most convincingly, the area where Troy stands is described as a plain drained by five rivers, all of which are named--such a place does not exist in Turkey, but there is such a place in Britain; right down to the same names of the rivers. www.where-troy-once-stood .uk/
