Q: How do i answer my questions: quot;What is light?quot; and quot;What is light made of?quot; by means of experiments?: well u can do the energy spectrum test to determine what colors sun light is made of and i think there is one more test to do for a particle analasis of light

Q: Why is candle light considered soft and flourescent lights considered harsh?: I agree with devilsadvocate1728 on the color issue. Fluorescent light is in a certain part of the color spectrum that lends itself to greater contrast in colors. In other words, it has a high CRI value which brings out colors more than an incandescent source such as a candle flame. Light sources in the orange and red spectrum produce less of a contrast, softening the viewing environment.

Q: For a long time I've wanted a blacklight but I never got one, so can you please tell me how to make one of those black light bulbs! Q: looking for light projects: I may be totally off with this but infinity reminded me of a type of decorative light fixture which was more artsy than a viable light source. The structure was basically a shadow box perhaps 3 inches deep, and in this case it may have been square. At the back of the box was a mirror that fit entirely. Around the inside of the box were what may have been white christmas lights, and the face was glass covered. As I recall the entire structure was painted black. As I'm thinking this however there must have been other mirrors, unless the back of the clear glass front was refelctive to the inside, because what one could see was a series of these lights in a vanishing perspective way.
