Q: What does "D341X-16Q" mean? What do D341-16Q letters and numbers mean for butterfly valves?
D - valve type code: Butterfly valve;3 - valve drive mode code: worm gear;4 - valve connection form code: flange;1 - valve structure type code: vertical plate type;X - seat sealing surface or lining material code: rubber;16 - nominal pressure value: PN1.6MPa;Q - body material code: QT400 - 15.
Q: How do you explain A in butterfly valve D37A1?
Represents a seal or lining material symbol.Said sealing ring or lining material with the Chinese phonetic alphabet: B Babbitts D nitrided steel, acid resistant stainless steel H, J L Aluminum Alloy, hard rubber, nylon NL, P leather, SA PTFE, SC PVC, SD bakelite, T copper, TC enamel, X rubber, Y hard alloy
Q: Okay, so I've been thinking about trying to learn how to play my dad's baritone bugle, but I have no idea how to. If anyone had a good fingering chart for it, that would be great. The bugle has one valve and a trigger. I am a natural flute player and percussionist, so this is my first time playing a brass instrument. Needless to say I am very confused. Call me a noob, I don't care, as long as you get me a fingering chart for a 1 valve baritone bugle. Please help. :)
We learned the scale like this on a G-D horn with no rotor just a valve. O open X valve closed O X O X O X X O
Q: What's the material of the butterfly valve seat?
Butterfly valve seat materials commonly used include EPDM (three yuan ethylene propylene rubber), NBR (Ding Qing rubber), PTFE (PTFE), metal sealing (cemented carbide).Their scope of application is..:1, EPDM (three yuan ethylene propylene rubber): excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor, color stability, electrical properties, oil and gas flow at room temperature. Ethylene propylene rubber products can be used at 120 degrees for a long time and can be used briefly or intermittently at 150-200 degrees centigrade.2, NBR (Ding Qing rubber): from butadiene and acrylonitrile was prepared by emulsion polymerization, nitrile rubber by emulsion polymerization at low temperature, excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance, strong adhesion. Its disadvantages are poor resistance to low temperature, poor ozone resistance, poor electrical properties, and slightly lower elasticity.3, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene): can be used at 260 degrees for continuous use, with the highest use temperature of 290-320 degrees, low coefficient of friction, good wear resistance, and excellent chemical stability. It can not be injection molded and can be extruded or painted. PTFE's unique properties make it widely used in chemical, petroleum, textile, food, paper making, medical, electronic and mechanical industries and marine operations.4, metal seal (hard alloy): metal seal valve seat material has good resistance to high temperature, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, but the high requirements of the processing technology, the biggest drawback is the long time operation is easy to generate leakage.
Q: What's the difference between D71X-16 and D71H-16 butterfly valves?
D71X-16 and D71H-16 butterfly difference is that the cut-off is not the same, the latter is stainless steel seal, corrosion resistance, friction, acid or impurities can be medium fluid. The former is rubber sealed, only through the general temperature of the medium, not acid, with more, you can ask Luoyang crown Ning
Q: I was wondering if someone could tell me the manufacturing date on this aircraft engine valve.
Wow Hannah! That's a cool find for sure! It appears to be possibly a valve for a radial aircraft engine as it looks very similar to ones i've seen used in Pratt+Whitney R3350's etc. It looks like it could probably date to the 1940's up thru the 1950's. Look for a Part Number stamped on the valve or on the box. After WW2 there were all kinds of manufacturers making parts for airplanes. Many were gobbled up by competitors, converted to manufacturing other products or went out of business altogether. However, a few did hang on....and I think this may be what has become of Thompson Aircraft today.... Thompson Aerospace, Inc 22431 Antonio Parkway B160-102 Rcho Sta Marg, CA 92688-2804
Q: What's the difference between butterfly valves and check valves?
Butterfly valve is manual, only switch function. The check valve is an automatic valve, which prevents backflow of the pipe medium.
Q: What is the meaning of American Standard butterfly valve B series
American Standard flange connection is divided into A, B series. A series for normal flanges, B series for compact flanges. 24 "to no AB series, flange standards for B16.5, 24" above B16.47.
Q: That industry uses most of the butterfly valve, and only use the butterfly valve, a large number of use of butterfly valve, seek expert advice!
I know there are automatic fire fighting systems and the oil industry.
Q: Butterfly D371X5-16ZB1 what does each letter stand for?
Daily valve pressThe regular model is out of step with you. I can only explain the regularD371X5-16ZB1D is butterfly valve3 is the turbine drive7 is the clamp connection1 is the display opening signX is a rubber seal16 is 16 kg pressureI don't know the other superfluous letters
